Disappointing experience - ordered pizza ovens for special occasion - and were meant to be in stock and delivered within a week. Its now over a month, no delivery, missed the special occasion and most of the good weather in the summer. And cancelling order to get a refund is a nightmare. Misleading website and promises.
There have been delays in the delivery of my order. With the COVID-19 situation, this is understandable. Their customer service team has been very helpful and answered promptly to my emails and all my questions. And delivery was fast once the items were received at Cookstore. Awesome service!

I love cookstore! I called to say I needed a wolf blender as a birthday gift for my mom ASAP. I placed the order and it arrived immediately. My mom was floored! Excellent quality and packaging! It's my fourth wolf item purchased and I'm completely satisfied with cookstore and I depend on them!

Well it was not a run of the mill purchase. During Covid lockdown when nothing was moving you were out of stock of the Braun whisk I wanted. You kept me informed and provided me with the option of cancelling with a full refund. Once you received delivery you got my order to my remote town pretty damned quickly. I was impressed. I feel that you are honourable and thoughtful.

Selection is good. Product does not ship within outlined shipping on the website. Impossible to get in touch with anyone in customer service. Email notifications are conflicting - delayed shipping, product out of stock, promising to email when product is shipped, and then order turns up with no notice. Pricing is not bad but not the least expensive and adding in he frustration of trying to get information, I would have rather paid more for better service.
The blender finally arrived. My wife wanted a blue one for quite some time. Other retailers were not able to get a blue one but you did. It took you some time to get it but that's ok Happy with results.

I ordered stand mixer from them, it was passed 2 weeks, i try to call them they didn't answered, I emailed them to ask where is my order, they said ahh so sorry we don't have stock you selected colour! I put in two separate orders on the same day back in June. Given these crazy times my orders were slow in coming so I was in contact with the Cook Store a number of times. The products were also on backorder so I made a change to one order. What eventually arrived wasn't quite right so I emailed again and got it rectified. Each email response was quick, polite and very professional. Thanks for all your help in making it right.

Excellent products and large selection of kitchen ware. Prompt customer service. Product arrived as promised. There is no mention on the web site about the delivery time. Expect longer than usual shipping and delivery time as compared with other web-stores. However, the Cookstore's price is also substantially better than other stores. All in all, a good experience and quality product for a very good price.

Once the order was placed, I quickly received an email confirmation of purchase. Then an email saying it was shipped and an estimated date of arrival. It arrived at my doorstep the day it was estimated. The packaging was very thorough, and protective of my fragile clay bread baker. It arrived perfectly! AND it was on sale! Here's to many beautiful loaves of bread! Thank you!
The Cook store was very helpful in my order for a new Bread Machine. They kept me informed on the back order. They sent out an email to me expressing that the article was shipped by Canada Post. I gave it 5 stars because they kept me updated.

Answer: I am one of those who hates supporting the world wide behemoth online store so randomly bought from this Canadian company. The item I bought was not available in any local retail stores which is still my preference for shopping.(Victorinox - Blue 8" Fibrox Pro Straight Blade Chef Knife). I placed the order, had the confirmation email shortly, item shipped as expected and I had it in a few days. I'd use them again.
