I am very dissatisfied with this rebate process and do NOT plan on ordering from you again because of it. It has been 13 days since placing my order, which I received about a week ago, and your website still won't let me start the rebate process. It also sounds like everything is delayed 6 weeks on top of your already ridiculous rebate turnaround time. This definitely feels like a scam, and I do NOT plan on going through this again.

It was fairly easy to purchase from this site. I place an order on January 17,2022. Receive it on January 26,2022 by first class mail. It looks like it was ship from Champlain, New York, I live in Houston, Texas.
