Using the website is relatively easy. I could review and upload my prescription with no issue. I have an issue with the prices. Although they are cheaper than some of their competitors, they are still pretty high on price.

First time I've had a late shipment… usually they're at my door in 3 days. I can understand delays happen but you should know whether a product is on hand or has to be ordered from the manufacturer.

Customer service replied promptly, but I suggest letting customers know at the momento of purchase if their prescription has expired (not hours later via email).

Contacts were late - found out when I reached out and was told they'd be a couple of more weeks. I feel like I should've received an email when they're expecting to be shipped over a month after the order was placed.
