The box was damaged and there was an issue with the delivery needing there to be someone home. It was a little inconvenient to have to go out of my way to pick it up from a nearby location. However, the process of ordering itself was smooth and easy. Delivery itself was very quick as well.

We do our best to get them in as soon as possible but where your lenses are custom made they do tend to take a few extra days to receive in. It would be great if you had feature that allowed your customers to reorder contacts. You have a reorder button but it doesn't allow me to click on my order to reorder it.:-(
