I deleted a shipping address but it later showed up as my billing address though it never been used for that before. I then had trouble selecting the mailing option because your little boxes for Instagram,'etc and live chat are right by the boxes and so no matter which way I turned my phone, I clicked on one of those. Then I wasn't sure if I uploaded my new prescription because I followed the steps but it never showed that it got it. I repeated it three times so hope the new rx is there. It was an incredibly frustrating experience and took 3 times as long as it should have.
