Got your info from a relative who is a shopper with your company in the past. Tried it out, had an issue with my eye Dr. to get a copy of my Rx... finally got it. And the online process worked perfectly.
Have true pricing available other than adding service fees later.

TDB: The experience we once had with contact lenses not being proper and this created a complicated scenario that Contact Lens King did not accept defective items of their own (manufacturer, of course) making...
HI Loriana. I do apologize if you have any defective lenses. Please be advised we can send replacements for any defectives, the customer would just need to contact us at the time they experience this so we can address it.

HI Marco. I do apologize if you show different pricing when you log in. We do advertise on multiple search engines, unfortunately to get the sale pricing you would need to do a search each time for the brand you need to see if there are any sales running at the time.

HI Namrata. I do apologize processing fees were first introduced and implemented by our competitors. Their concept was to introduce a tool that can be used to lower their upfront display prices on various online advertising channels in order to increase traffic to their website. Upon realizing its introduction Contact Lens King held the view that it was firmly against applying such a fee. However, and surprisingly as it may be, even though we offered the lowest bottom line prices we experienced a decrease in traffic and orders. Sadly the strategy worked for our competitors and, in spite of our discomfort, we were forced to adopt the practice as well. Regardless of some of our competitors’ determination to continue with the application of the processing fee, we stand committed to offering the lowest bottom line prices online so that our customers can realize significant savings in their pocketbook, even with the fee. We do list the processing fee on the product page as well as in the cart, prior to creating an account.
