ConsumerLab.com provides independent test results, reviews, ratings and comparisons of vitamins, supplements, herb and nutrition products to consumers and healthcare providers.
ConsumerLab enjoys a strong reputation among its users, who appreciate the unbiased, detailed information it provides on supplements and health products. Customers frequently highlight the site’s thorough research and reliable testing, which empowers them to make informed decisions about their health. However, some users express frustration with the frequency of email updates and recent login issues related to cookie settings. Additionally, there are requests for broader product reviews, particularly from popular retailers. Overall, while the service is highly valued for its quality and reliability, there are areas for improvement in user experience and communication.

Bronson Vitamin D3 10,000 IU is your top pick for Vitamin D3 and I am very disappointed in your choice.
It is entirely unnecessary for a tablet to contain corn syrup solids, rice extract, potato starch and other fillers.
Also, there's no reason a Vitamin D supplement should contain three types of sweeteners.
Organic or otherwise, health-conscious individuals usually don't consume corn syrup or things like potato starch.
I almost purchased the product based on your recommendation without checking the ingredients list.
Also, it would be nice to have iodine nori products reviewed.
I do appreciate a lot a review on sardines; it shocked me that my favorite brand has so much heavy metals; thank you so much for your review!
I am a retired dietitian but still do consulting part time. I use Consumer Lab religiously. I have trusted Consumer Lab for years for reliable and accurate information. I have referred this resource to many other people including other health professionals. I personally use products and supplements they have recommended and tested. Consumer Lab was especially helpful during COVID with reviews of proper masks and myths regarding supplement use during this difficult time. I highly recommend this resource to anyone who is interested in keeping up to date on health and nutritional issues.
Before trying a new supplement I always refer to ConsumerLab for their review and comments on it. They always tell me if that particular supplement contains what the label states and if it's safe. I have been subscribing to ConsumerLab for several years.
ConsumerLab doesn't shy away from warning if a supplement is harmful. They are often referenced by other companies for their reliable work. They exhibit
Integrity in their presentations.
Thank you, Max! We are very glad to hear that our information is helpful to you. We appreciate your membership in ConsumerLab.com.
We want to take supplements and vitamins to better our life. It is good to know that someone is trying to make the supplier and manufacturer honest about what they are selling.
I was having trouble with my ConsumerLab subscription and a knowledgeable, delightful person named Evelyn, over the phone, in real time helped me & resolved the matter.
What a gift in these crazy, isolating tines!
Thank you, Evelyn!
We're very glad that Evelyn, our Director of Account Services, was able to help you. She's being doing that (and a lot more) at ConsumerLab since joined us in 2005!
It's much more difficult to navigate when receiving email updates. Articles require signing in and once signed in it takes whole lot of effort to locate the article. It used to point you exactly to the update. Now you need to scroll through all articles to locate the right one.
I am grateful for the reviews I read on ConsumerLab.com. I am so glad to know if the products I use are safe and are what they claim to be. The information helps me make informed decisions and sometimes even save money. Plus I enjoy learning about a variety of issues and substances.
I turn to consumerlab often for information about supplements and health. It's extremely helpful.
Thank you for that nice review, Dana. Thanks for your support.
I use this site whenever I am buying a new product for the first time. And then I follow up every so often to be sure the product is still good.
We're glad to have you as a member, Joann! Thanks for your review.
I find the reviews very helpful, especially when choosing products. Not all of the reviews are relevant to my situation, but many are and I appreciate your efforts to find the best products, and dispel myths.
Thank you! We're glad that the product reviews are helpful to you.
I absolutely love receiving your articles and researched information. Please continue providing this important information. It is important for continuing to have a healthy life.
We appreciate your letting us know, Donna. That's why we're here! Thank you.
I was hoping to find the best and most reliable brands but the tests I've looked at so far (canned salmon, canned sardines, CoQ10) seem to only test store brands like Sam's Club or CVS or other low-quality brands. I can't find much testing of brands that tend to be higher quality and fewer additives (when it comes to supplements). This is a real disappointment.
During the year I receive weekly updates on a variety of issues that interest me. I use the information constantly to better inform my decisions.
Thank you for that nice feedback, Deborah!
This is my go to web site when I want in-depth information about supplements and health products. I have been relying on their reviews for several years now.
Thank you for that nice review, Tisher. We're glad that you appreciate our work. Thanks for your support.
I use this website frequently to check for safe and cost-effective supplements
Thanks for the review, Steven. Thanks for your support!
I can't imagine not having ConsumerLab to get the truth about supplements. They give the facts; none of the fluff manufacturers want you to believe. I don't purchase any supplements without checking ConsumerLab first. It has saved me a significant amount of money and I believe I am purchasing the best product available.
Thank you for that nice review, Sheila. We're glad that you appreciate our work. Thanks for your support.
Comprehensive reviews - not intended to convince - but to inform - about what is known, what is uncertain - truly scientific perspective with a profound respect for facts.
We're glad to have you as a member, Michael! Thanks for your review.
The information is reliable and helpful. I appreciate that ConsumerLab is independent. L think it does a real service to its subscribers.
We're glad that you enjoy ConsumerLab.com. Thank you for posting your comments.
Really helpful site with lots of detailed info about supplements, health-related products, and even some food products like cocoa and spices. They summarize research results and also test products to verify ingredients and identify issues. Definitely recommend.
Thank you very much for sharing that, Mona. We are very glad that you appreciate the work we are doing. We appreciate your support.

Answer: There is no single best supplement or brand. It's best to focus on the type of supplement you are looking for, e.g., multivitamin, fish oil, probiotic, herbal) and read our Product Review for that specific category and see which product is our Top Pick for that category. Here is a list of our current reports: https://www.consumerlab.com/results/
