I did not receive my laptop only a battery. I received a message about the battery failing...ECT. I'm just tired of the Internet
This is the second computer I've bought from Scott. That should really say it all, but I'll add a few reasons to buy from Computers 4 Less.

I received exactly what I ordered and it worked perfectly out of the box. Would recommend to friends and family.
Received the wrong laptop initially, they were quick to respond to the problem and send a return label. Not so fast to resend the computer which was initially advertised to have an I7 processor came with an I5, they swapped the processor in about a week. The laptop arrived even more damaged then the first time which is saying something and had some brown sticky substance on it inside and out (not everywhere not trying to exaggerate shouldn't have had any). Mane problem is a constant humming and the fact that it quickly overheats which means to me that it wasn't reassembled properly.
Bought a used computer that didn't work when it arrived had to wait over two weeks for a replacement charger. It did start to work after getting the new charger.
The products is trash. They never answer the phone.so if you want to buy junk it's okay. Ohhh after the 90 day warranty they will respond.
Ordered a computer from them, I don't know if you can't request other forms of video card, so make sure you have a vga cable. The product came in well packaged despite the postal services attempts to break it. Would purchase from again! Very happy with what I received

NY computer has a admin and password on it I can't do any updates I have message the owner Nad he replied one time and won't reply back I need this computer for work but I can not download any apps because it says it has to be updated
I just received the laptop. I'm a little concerned with the light that shows on the screen. However, I am somewhat pleased.
Don't buy they never answered the phone. They give you the run around. My computer was horrible. Far from refurbish.

Computers 4 Less sent my computer ahead of schedule. My laptop is in great condition and at an excellent price. I've already referred my colleague to them.
I bought a laptop with wireless connection capabilities. It showed that my internet was fine but comes back with a message that says the PC isn't set up to connect automatically to the internet. Selecting "Apply this fix" returns a message that it is not able to connect. I've called and left messages but they never answer or reply.
Got my computer very fast, was in decent shape outside but did not work. Have tried three times to get a refund with no response. This was an emergency but because I needed a computer with Win 10 to complete a class. I missed my deadline for my class and have to Reschedule and pay to take the test again and have a $342 computer delivered that never worked and no responses from Computers 4 Less.
Ma'am, you immediately opened a payment dispute with Paypal. You are trying to get a refund with no return or attempt at a resolution. I have emailed the provided email address multiple times with no response and there was no phone number provided. If you need to return the laptop, please contact me or just send it back to the return address.
Had an issue with the battery but they took care of it quickly. Will do business with them again. Thank you for the great service.

Sir, the email that I sent actually said that the laptop's battery wasn't working great, so I ordered you a brand new, having it shipped straight to you. This is why a battery arrived separately. Please reach out to a seller before leaving a bad review.
