It was great. My new PC was reasonably priced. It is in excellent condition and has new features that truly impressed me. It works well for me. Just what I needed in a laptop. I did not have to wait long for it to come in, either. I am very impressed with the service and would highly recommend this service to others.
The laptop came very quickly, which I was very happy about. But my experience with the actual laptop in IRL is definitely less than. It crashes A LOT. And that's once I can actually get it to turn on... there's a lot of turning it on, getting a flashing orange indicator light, turning it off again, trying to turn it on, getting the flashing orange, rinse and repeat until it finally decides to turn on... though I often need to hit the F2 key to actually start using it. Lately it's been crashing in the middle of use on top of that, and then today is just basically been crashing and forcing restarts every 5-10 minutes and is essentially unusable.
Would recommend. Great customer service and great product!
I've only had the laptop for a day but so far so good. No hiccups have happened. I was nervous about how legit everything would be but it was an overall great experience with purchasing it and receiving the computer. If everything goes well, I'll be purchasing again.
I bought a 9020 sff. 500gb hdd. 8 gb of ram
I5 4070. Sad part is I could have got the same one with 16gb of ram and a 500gb ssd for 80$ less on amazon. Imo this place is a ripoff
I ordered a laptop for my business. It never shipped after a tracking number was provided. I inquired about the order a week later and my order was cancelled and refunded. There was no communication as to why. I was looking forward to receiving this order and had fully intended on purchasing more for my healthcare practice.
Computer came as described and before estimated shipping date. Would have been nice if listing included that there is no wireless card, but it wasn't misleading, so still 5 *
I needed a high-performance laptop but I couldn't afford a brand new one. The laptop I purchased from Computers 4 Less went for around $3k new and I paid a little more than $1k. It more than meets my needs. I couldn't be happier. They are straight up about the fact that these are used and will probably have scratches, but mine looks like brand new. Shipping was fast and when I asked a question, they responded within a few hours. Thank you so much! I would purchase from again and again.
Actually I lucked up, coming across this site. I was looking for something else.The next day I was back on the site,taking a good look at what computers 4 less site had to offer.I must say, I'm loving my choice.It was packaged great and I received it earlier then I expected. O" I forgot to tell you about how good it looked.
I purchased this laptop two months ago, this is the second time it has broke down, I sent it out once to be fixed. Now it's not working again. I can't do my homework. I want my money back on this crap.
The CPU I ordered was affordable, shipping on time, and is working great. I will definitely be ordering more equipment in the future.

My daughters computer was supposed to arrive 2 days ago and according to the tracking hasn't even been shipped. They emailed them but haven't heard back yet.
I am mostly satisfied. On the plus side, they added software to my refurbished Dell 5400 that I requested. The computer was boxed properly and shipped promptly — I received it before the estimated delivery date. On the negative side, I requested Windows 11 Pro and got 10 Pro. Also, I did price comparisons 'after' my purchase and noticed that I could have bought a refurbished 5400—with more SSD storage, more RAM—from a couple of retailers for less money. I'll probably buy from this company again, but I will shop around for a better price first. Maybe they deserve 4 stars? My experience was more positive than negative.
I received a Lenovo ThinkPad 460. The keys on the keyboard does not match the mapping for an American keyboard. When I type an lower case a I get the following\a. I've check the drivers for the keyboard. It's up to date. The FN key ends up closing the app I'm in at the time, instead of giving me access to the higher functions of the F keys. I don't know if it's a setting messed up in the BIOS. Typing works just fine when I use a USB Microsoft Natural keyboard. Other than this glitch, it's working fine.
Problem -free. The product was exactly as described and there was great customer service.
