I received my laptop and it was. In excellent condition. It is performing beautiful. I needed an update and I picked the right company. Delivery was on time. And I'm loving my new laptop and cost was so affordable. I couldn't believe it. Ohhh my budget love it

There is no directions and no help I can't get it to standard up like a laptop just flip into the tablet

My first time purchasing a laptop from here. Was very pleased & satisfied with my order. My laptop is in excellent condition and it runs extremely well. Thank you all for boxing it up with such great care!

I desperately needed a computer and found one at a good price. I knew that it would be refurbished. No big deal. I did the checkout through Afterpay for monthly payments. Didn't even make it to my first payment before the order was canceled. So originally, Shop gave me an expected delivery date of friday 2/6/26. Didn't arrive. Nor was there any actual tracking info available. I emailed the guy and asked about it. He apologized for the delay, mentioned a nationwide RAM shortage and said he was boxing it up and shipping it out that day(friday) and I should hopefully have it by Monday. Come Monday 2/9, still nothing. So I emailed the guy again and just politely asked if he had tracking info just so I know when to expect it so I can plan around it and make sure someone is home. No response. Today, Tuesday 2/10, I get an email notification from Afterpay that the purchase amount was refunded and that the order was canceled. Well, luckily the first payment didn't even come out of my account yet. So I simply emailed the guy one last time and asked if that meant that I just wasn't getting the computer and that I needed to just keep shopping around. No response. Pretty disappointed to say the least considering I'm sitting on projects that I can't complete since my laptop doesn't seem to want to cooperate with me lately.

I have no tracking information on my order. I need to know when my order will be delivered. My order was placed last week and wife is waiting for this laptop for school.

I've ordered a computer from them and it has not arrived and I can't get any call back or response to my emails.

Complete lack of response for issue with order that confirmation was received had shipped never arrived sent multiple emails no response. Tried calling phone listed on internet it was disconnected finally got email they cancelled my order (was to have already been shipped) no reason for the cancel they did refund for the order.

Jus wanted to return the laptop (Asus). I don't prefer a refurbished laptop, that laptop has a static sound in it when you want to watch something on youtube.

Not bad, just wish it didn't come in so dirty I know it's refurbished but you can wipe it down a little

After a considerable amount of research on where to purchase a refurbished laptop I purchased based on many positive reviews. The pricing was more than fair, I received it 3 days earlier than expected, had a minor hiccup, which with excellent communication was resolved the same day. I'm more than pleased with the condition and overall performance of my new laptop. I would certainly purchase again without hesitation, and definitely highly recommend. Overall a superior experience.
