Since I had never ordered from this company before I started off with one item and was pleased to have it arrive just as promised, so we decided to order more and I am just as happy as with the first order, thank you.
I order the wrong size I need the next size up they were to little
One of the items was marked in yellow and I presume back ordered. However, there was nothing sais to that effect.

Went by size and measurement information you provide but they were still too small. I'm going to go larger even though it isn't by the sizing chart.

Socks were on time and of high quality. Unfortunately I am recovering from knee replacement surgery and I was unable to get the socks on without damaging the item. 2 pair were returned unopened. 1 pair opened and attempted to try on. Not worn. They were returned to you.
I was a bit disturbed since no credit is returned other than store credit. When this credit is used, I doubt you will receive any other orders. My first time to deal with a company when an opened item is returned without credit card reimbursement being made, I notified my orthopedic surgeon of this as he is the one who recommended you company.
