Very bad. Tried to reach customer service several times by phone (on hold over 20 min) so I hung up. Left message to return my call, have not. Sent 2 emails, no answer.
Easy to follow and will let you know when I receive the order how I like them.Not as heavy as I expected and a little too large.
I paid extra for faster delivery but since the order wasn't processed fast enough the deliver date was after I had already left. I paid for 32 day delivery but the added 2 days of processing of the order made the delivery too late for me to use the product.
Had product needed at best price. Free shipping.

Initial customer service was very helpful. Reps helped me search for compression and size I was looking for. After they arrived, 2 pairs need to be returned. Web site was a bit confusing -- I had to click "agree" before I knew the details. So I called. Rep was not nice. Told me I had to use the web site. I tried to explain that I ordered over the phone and did not even know my order number to complete on-line process. She talked right over me and continued with the scripted method of how to find the return info on the web. She finally did answer my question by finding my order number but was unpleasant and short.

As a new compression stocking wearer, I placed several online orders with Compressionsale.com. I ordered an item in error and immediately called Customer Service to tell them to remove the item from my order. After a bit, they said they would. When my shipment came, the unwanted item was there along with the invoice. When I called "Customer Service I was met with an argumentative "Love" representative, who did admit item was supposed to be removed. She said for me to go to website for return form and to mail item back at my expense (WHAT!). She said she would call me back - she never did. I called the next day, explained the situation (she was the one I spoke with) and basically told "TOO BAD". I said that if this is the way they do business then they will lose me as a customer. She could care less...

Never happened. They stay in place nicely. I have not received the second pair in warm
Beige yet, but I hope they are as sturdy and easy to wear as the first pair. The marked
