Stay away unless you like slow delivery and rude customer service!
On 5/24 we ordered some socks from Compressionsale.com. On the 25th they took payment. On 6/10 we called to check on the order as we did not receive a confirmation email for the order. On 6/10 we called to see what was taking so long and were told it was being sent that day and a email would confirm it. On 6/14 we had not received the shipping email and we called back. The CS person was VERY rude and said there was nothing he could do. I asked to cancel the order and I was told I could not as the order had been shipped. He was very rude to me on the phone and no help. I was told to call CS on the next day. The next day they were closed. I also had the web site open at the (6/14)time and a pop up window from CS opened up and asked if they could help. I went through the process of asking if we could cancel our order. I was put on hold for 10 minutes as she checked things out and she came back and said that the order was canceled. I asked how we would know if it had been, I was told an email would come to us. I asked when the money would be returned she said in a few days. The money was never returned as we were told. On 6/17 I called again and tried to cancel the order and was told that it would be canceled again and we would receive our money back in a few days. This was in direct conflict with my previous pop up window a few day earlier. On 6/20 we received a box from them with a product we did not order from them. I called again and they told me they would send a return envelope. I asked why did we receive this box as we had canceled our order, they stated it was a mistake. Again I asked to cancel my order and asked when I would receive my money back and was told in a few days. On 6/21 we received an email informing us our order had shipped. WHAT we have canceled this order 4 times before why are we still receiving it? On 6/26 the product arrived as ordered. Even though we no longer wanted it. Now to return it we have to pay a restocking fee and pay to ship it back.

I feel very sorry for anyone who orders anything from CompressionSales. In May 2013, I submitted an order for three bottles of "It Stays". I received a confirming email that they charged my VISA account (OF COURSE), and sent the shipment. Days turned into weeks and the USPS tracking number simply showed that the shipment moved back and forth across country from Vernon Hills, Illinois, to my state, about four times, but never reached my town, let alone my house! After inquiring by phone and email, I was asked dumb questions such as: Do I get mail delivery? How ridiculous. Who doesn't? Then, they tried to tell me that the order was Refused Delivery. Impossible. I and my wife are the only ones who live here in our house in the middle of town. One of their Customer Service (?) reps even told me that he would reship, but never did. They look for any crazy excuse not to deliver the product AFTER charging your credit account. NEVER, EVER order anything from this outfit! The only thing they will "compress" is your money. I have never seen such lousy lack of customer service in my 75 years!

I am on my feet all day and retain fluid in my legs and experience a numbing sensation. I was not aware that a product existed that you could actually wear and that would prevent both of my leg issues. Sizing the stockings was easy, and placing an order took minutes. I especially appreciate the fact that I was offered free delivery which arrived in 3 business days. All in all, thanks compression sale for your service, I wish every company was as good as them.

If you order these things makes sure you look for buy 3 or more special offer which is available on the site with certain brands like Truform, I made mistake of ordering only 2 pairs when I could have saved even more by ordering 3. Shipping was quick, and ordering was secure. I received my shipping confirmation almost immediately. I did not think it would go out that fast. But it shipped the same day and I received them a couple days later.

Doctor prescribed compressionsocks for swelling. A friend recommended this store. I went on the compression sale, and found a few sheer stockings that I liked with compression in them. Measurements were done quickly Checking out was a quick process, I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. My compression therapy stockings arrived two days later. I found the stockings comfortable and easy to get on. I am as happyas a clam with their service.

Wow, where to begin! I have moderate to severe medical grade lyphedema in both lower legs where I need to wear
Full compression hose, especially necessary when traveling. This is something I take very seriously as risks for blood clots are increased in people with this medical condition. I had a business trip coming up and ordered $300+ of
New hose as I would be traveling multi-city and needed to replace existing hosiery. I ordered 13 days prior to my trip with
Expedited (extra charge) shipping (3 day delivery). Plenty of time before my trip, right! Well, not the case. 3 days prior, still no
Stockings! I called and spoke with Kathy (the manager there) who said she would re-route the package which was already on its
Way (via snail mail) to my hotel in Dallas and assured me that I would receive it within 2 days (well before my departure date). Well this did not happen. In fact the package was delivered to the hotel 3 days AFTER I checked out. Here we are, more than 6 weeks after my initial ordering and I still do not have the package (which is still in Dallas at hotel). I have called 7 times over at compressionsale.com and have spoken to Kathy and Love, have waited extreme lengths of time while they put you immediately on hold. After being told that a new shipping label would be sent to the hotel to reroute it to my home, 10 days later I find out that a new label was never sent. Then Kathy informs me after yet another call, that she will fax a label over to the hotel. 7 days later, I call the hotel and they inform me that a label was never faxed! I put in yet another call into Kathy who smugly states that her fax machine seems to be unplugged (really?). Finally,... FINALLY... I have her fax the label to my house! I almost have to wonder if this is a rouse of a company as I am shocked, really shocked that they are in business after reading all the bad reviews (unfortunately I see them AFTER I ordered from them). Well, this consumer will never order from that online retailer ever again and I highly recommend that anyone who dares roll the dice and places an order, that they assume that their order will never arrive, or will arrive incorrectly processed or several months after they placed their original order and GOOD LUCK trying to get anything close to appropriate customer service. Buyer BEWARE! There are plenty of other legitimate online retailers of compression wear - seek them out.
