I found a better price on another website. So I ordered with the stipulation that they only process the order if they could honor the 10% guarantee. They charged the full price and did not honor their 10% guarantee. I called 4 times. They kept giving me the run-around until finally on the last call they admitted that they were not going to honor the 10% guarantee. They have no integrity. I would recommend staying away. Deal with someone who respects their customers.

You better make sure you order the right thing because you will not get your money back, and this company does not tell you that upon ordering. I accidently ordered 2 belts for my mother's stockings and charged it to her credit card, when I realized this I CALLED customer service and told then what had happened. They found the order and ASSURED ME 1 order would be canceled. Well I received 2 belts and when I tried to return 1 they wouldn't credit her card because they said it was non refundable, which theyDO NOT TELL YOU UPON ORDERING. I would never buy, order or deal with this company ever. All I will say to compressionsale.com is BE UP FRONT WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS

WARNING! Only use PayPal or a credit card to deal with this vendor. This method of payment is the only guarantee you will have to get your money refunded when they don't deliver. When repeated requests for help fall on deaf ears contact PayPal or your credit card and you will be reimbursed for the monies paid to compressionsales.com. I dealt with 4 sales reps and all promised to look into my order and call me back... that never happened. Enough is enough. Just get your money back and deal with another company after checking out their reviews and the Better Business Bureau.

Ordered some stockings from this site in July, two of the stockings that I received were in the wrong size and color. Emailed customer services, they promised to refund the credits for these two stockings at the beginning of august. It is now August 28, I have seen no credit returned to my card and when I emailed customer services asking for the time and amount that the credits were returned, they ignored my emails. This is not my first time ordering from them but it certainly will be my last. If they send you the correct order, then everything is fine, but good luck trying to return or get credit for the wrong stuff!

Price is important too but a company should also strive to keep returning customers happy. That is what this company has done for me and my wife. We travel a lot so we always want to prevent blood clots also known as economy class syndrome. With air travel being so expensive, some airlines have very little leg room, and wearing compression stockings helps prevent serious leg swelling and blood clots from occurring. My favorite product is the Jobst For Men Casual support socks, and my wife likes the Jobst Opaque women’s stockings. I ordered on June 24 and received a package from the company on July 1st, which is a reasonable time frame. Only I received someone else order instead of my own.

I called the customer service right away. I told the lady the mistake from their shipping department and she only offered to send me an envelope with shipping label so I can send the item to the correct receiver and then wanted to hang up on me. I then asked her what's going to happen to my order, because I need it by July 3rd. She then asked me what do I want her to do? They had to order from supplier so there was nothing she could do. I hung up and checked their website. Their website indicated that they had the item I ordered in stock. I called back again. This time, it was a gentlemen. I asked him to check stock for me. It turned out they had the item for immediately shipment. So basically the first customer service didn't want to do anything because she didn't even make a note of the mistake.

I then told him what happened and let him know clearly that I need my item by July 3. Since I called on July 1st, I requested him to send the correct item to me by UPS 2nd Day and he agreed. But in return, he asked me to send the package I received to the correct receiver and $3 will credit to me. Which I agreed because I really need my order by July 3rd. I repeatedly asking him if for sure I will get my item on the 3rd. He reassured me it's going out by UPS 2nd Day and will arrive on the 3rd.

Today is July 3rd. No sign of the package. I called the customer again and asked for tracking number. Guess what, it went out on the 1st alright, but it's by USPS first class mail, not UPS 2nd Day like he had promised. I'm beyond upset right now. Because I could have had enough time to find replacement if he didn't promise me so. Now, I have nothing.

If there is no error on your order, you are lucky, if you do, you are screwed. Their customer service is beyond TERRIBLE!

BTW, did I keep my promise and send out the package? Yes, I did send it out on the 1st. Silly me.
