Horrible, horrible, horrible. I ordered product number 862CLLM99 and received 822CLLM99. I have already tried the microfiber socks and cannot use them. They are too thick and I have neuropathy in both feet. I did not see the notation on the screen that stated that the 862 would be replaced with 822, I cannot see that well. The box I received from you is unopened and unused. I just got off the Phone with a "customer service" agent that I waited almost half and hour to talk to. He was extremely unhelpful and rude. I cannot understand why I can't just get a refund for this product and his explanation did not make any sense. I will never, ever use compressionsale again and I will spread the word about the terrible service I have received among my family and friends.

Excellent selection of support hosiery and socks for men and women. Finally found Navy in knee highs. Is hard to find. Wish you had it in pantyhose too. Sjtocked up because of special discounts due to a higher volume ordered. I wish you all had a return policy for first time buyers! It worries me that these are not returnable (or at least just for the cost of shipping). Normally I do not buy from any merchant who does not have a customer friendly return policy. Even so, I was glad to find such a wide selection of products on your site. Good support hosiery and socks are hard to find these days.
