I never got an answer about the return shipping costs I had to pay even though the returns were not my fault.

I haven't tried the new products as i just go them today, hope they fit well.

I would to exchange them for a larger size, but I am still waiting for a confirmation from your end on how to return them. Can you help?

I ordered one pair and received no conformation on order or anything so three days later I ordered the same product and got a conformation. When they arrived I had two pair of socks instead of one. I do not know what happened with the first order but I figured it didn't go through as I got no reply. That is o.k. My husband now has a pair too.
