I never have any problem very much satisfied my order.
It was difficult to get any information or ask a question. I attempted 2 live chats. The first one gave me the information I was looking for, but when I asked a follow up question, I received no response. So I called again and the second could not help me as they said they were simply an answering service. I called the 1-800 number, listened to music and recordings for 12 minutes, then hung up. I will try to call again tomorrow during regular business hours
The thigh-highs were way too long and were extremely uncomfortable during my long plane trip (14 hours). I purchased 2 pair, so now I am stuck with a new pair I will never wear.
The last set of knee highs I purchased (January 5,2015) one of the pairs was the wrong size, so I had to send it back and pay an additional shipping fee, which I feel is unfair. The representative I spoke with was very rude so I will probably change to another company when I need to order compression stockings again.
Compressionsale.com is an easy site to shop. It allows you to narrow down your search more than any other site I've shopped. It saves time. The products are quality socks at an affordable price, especially when they are on sale. I've never had to contact Customer Service. My order is filled and mailed quickly, and I receive it in a timely manner. The free shipping offer is really a plus!
The packing slip was not very clear. I showed a complete order was shipped & then farther down in smaller print indicated 1 item was on back order. It would have been easier to read by indicating only one item was shipped & the words back ordered in place of item shipped.
I was on hold for over 1 hour I just received one pair of compression hose from you #******* I called 2 local medical suppliers27.95 and 28.95 for same item Could you pleasematch price z have just ordered 2 more pair from you
