My order was shipped to the wrong address. My first attempt to find out what had happened ended with the customer service rep advising me to check with the Post Office. When I called back and finally talked to a representative and they saw the error, they said they would figure it out and call be back with the resolution. When I didn't get a call, I called again and was curtly told my had been shipped. I asked to verify the address it was sent to and the represetative replied your home address. I asked to clarify as this had been the issue previously. The representative respnded with the correct address and I thanked them and they terminated the call. Total of 45-50 minutes spent on hold over three calls and minimal customer service on two of the calls. If your previous service and prices weren't better, I would have had a real hard time not calling back in to talk with a Manager. I hope future orders are better.
