I gave three stars to contacting Customer Service for I have not received the new item requested nor did they reply to my letter as of 5 June 2015. Still awaiting replacement. However, the site has the largest selection and my initial order was easy to place and arrived as promised. Thank you.

Easy and quick. I'm a first time shopper. I did not understand the numbers used with the sizes. What I got was more opaque than I wanted and was wondering if the numbers related to that sheerness of the hose? If not, how do I order the sheer that I want?
