Placing the order was quick and easy. The compression stockings were much heavier than I thought they would be so I am returning the unopened package. The return service was also very easy.

I am returning for different sizes. Return authorization is difficult; may take 72 hours for response. I did not understand that I would need original shipping package to make a return? I'm returning anyway and will see if you accept the return. Price increased about 40% for the new ones--not just an exchange. I do think shipping fees for the returns are fair. I returned them and am waiting to see if everything works out.

The catalog is a little complicated. I like to compare products and have them all available. The pricing is about right and I like the service.

Happy with the fit but I failed to wash the stockings before I wore them! Made my legs and parts of my feet very itchy! I will wash them and see how they feel. Other than that, I think they could be a wonderful product!
