Through a computer Input error I ordered a small sleeve instead of the intented medium. I contacted company and they wanted me to pay return shipping plus additional shipping for correct size. The original item was sent free. At this point I told them that I would not pay shipping both way and to refund my money. Was told by the company that their policy was store credit or exchange only. I requested refund a least three times and they refused. Disputed my credit card payment today and will be refunded from card co. Avoid this company at all cost. Everything they sell is available elsewhere with far better customer service
