I also called customer service AND wrote an email to customer service. I could have ordered several PAIRS of socks for this price on Amazon. I chose this sock from you and BAD MISTAKE. I got only ONE sock?! Everyone else is selling PAIRS of these! Lesson learned. And your customer service rep on the phone, which is took a VERY long wait to get to, said she could do nothing for me. Not even a discount on the second sock I had to order. I call this false and misleading advertising, as it is not sufficiently clear on your description that for $12.95 we only get ONE sock! I am very upset by having to order the second sock today and spend more money than I would have had to if I'd bought socks like these from Amazon.com.

Due to positive experience on two previous orders, I placed my last order on 10/05/2015 (and was charged for the stockings the same day). When, I had not received the merchandise or an email saying the shipment status, I used your live contact. The representative said for me to hold on while she checked and she never came back. I, then, sent an email on 10/16/2015 with your reply on 10/17/2015. I received the goods on Monday 10/19/2015. Showing goods ordered 10/05 were shipped 10/16/2015.
