I had no trouble at all
I just had the worst experience with this company EVER! Customer service representatives Mathew and Nathan could not have been ruder or more insulting on the phone. After paying extra for two day shipping, my mother's compression sleeves did not arrive, and actually were sent to the wrong address (a mistake on the part of compressionsale.com) We called repeatedly for days to see when they would be delivered, because my sick mom was traveling out of the country. They were little to no help assuring us that they would in fact show up.
After making multiple calls to UPS and compressionsale they decided to try and send out a new order. TOO LATE, she will already be leaving in the morning! When we tried to get our money back for the expedited shipping my mother was laughed at and told that if the fee was reversed then the new late order would arrive in 4-7 business days! Is this crazy, a company makes a mistake and sends to wrong address, then you make your customer do your leg work, then you treat your customer like an idiot on the phone and then you refuse to waive the expedited shipping fee?!
When I called to inquire why so many thing went wrong. MATHEW could not have been ruder or accusatory with my mom. At one point he was actually yelling at me and telling me to shut up! Literally he told me he would speak to me any way he pleased! The conversation ended with me asking to speak to someone else, he said he was the only person working the phone and to call back. When I asked for his last name he hung up on me!
We will never ever ever deal with your company again and I look forward to telling anyone who will listen about what a terrible company you are! I have already posted to facebook and will continue to post to any other source that lets me! Treating sick people this way is disgusting. There is no excuse for such terrible customer service.
