I did the chat feature to answer my question on why i did not have free shipping with my order. Took over 30 minutes to finally receive an answer. New policy of orders under $10 did not qualify. All over website it said free shipping. I have shopped with you for 3 years now for compression stockings and IT Stays Adhesive. This was a very bad experience -- poor customer support. You need to clarify on website (NOT in shipping information) that there is a minimum order. According to TRAVIS this is a new policy -- If so post it clearly especially on the shipping page. It says FREE shipping - $2.95. That would be a good place to put it. All I had to do was order 2 bottles and my order was over $10. Problem solved. I wasted 30 minutes waiting on responsive fromTRAVIS on CHAT LIVE...
