Ordering is fast and easy, price is okay. But god help you if you get the wrong product - returning it is nearly impossible - unless you want to pay extra for THEIR MISTAKE!

My issue is not with compressionsale.com as they let me return the Jobst product in exchange for another brand. I am very happy with the service this company provides. Sometimes companies differ in the way you get a fit for your body and it certainly is not the fault of Compressionsale.com.

Easy to use site. I do not like the compression hose advertisements that dominate my computer in the margins all the time. I especially do not like the underwear compression picture with the opening for urination. Please eliminate this from my computer.

I have ordered here several times and I am pleased with your service.
I do have problems with the tops binding on my swollen knees. I can't wear the thigh high hose because they cause cramps in my thigh area.
That is the only problem I have had with your hose. Not your problem but mine.

This is by far the worst company I've ever dealt with. If only there was an option for zero stars... Waited for medical supplies for SEVEN months - all the while being strung along and told (when I called every week to find out whats going on) that either I forgot to do something or the credit card didn't work or they forgot to process the order etc. Then they tried to strong-arm me for MORE money (I had already paid $470 seven months prior) in order to get my order. The customer service is horrendous - I was cursed at, hung up on many times by supervisor, I mean really really awful experience. I cannot believe they are still in business. I am not a reviewer but wish to save others from avoiding guaranteed disappointment...
