The only problem was how the socks fit from heel to toe. This was for someone who has a size 14 show. The sock didn't fit that well on the foot.

Just wanted to stop by and say how pleased I am with the efficiency of service with this company. Usually when I order something online, I'm excited, even if it's something mundane like stockings. Ha. But, I have to let this unusual level of excitement subside because I know it'll be quite a while before my package arrives at my doorstep. Not in this case! I received my order in just 6 days - which is a lot better than some other major online shopping sites I know - wink, wink.
I've been reading a little bit, and personally, I just can't relate to the occasional complaints that have been written on here. Not at all! Everything went extremely smoothly, and I was able to enjoy my order in a jiffy!
One thing I value about this site, is that all the terms and conditions are CLEARLY expressed in the content of the website itself. Whatever policies are mentioned on the site, in my experience, are followed through with. In the past, I've been cheated by a couple other similar sites when buying something online, but these guys are clear and thorough with their policies, which I highly respect in a company. I can say this because I've been ordering with them for many years. I can one time when it was obvious that they had made a very minor mistake, which was made right, immediately. Simply put, those who run this site are upfront and honest, and that's getting rarer and rarer these days, I've noticed!

NO problems
I am a rookie with this site, but upon ordering for the first time, I received my order in only 4 days! I thought it was going to take a week and a half to two weeks, but I was very pleased when it came on Friday, and I had placed the order just that Monday. They came just in time too. I was definitely in great need for another pair of circulation stockings.
I'd also like to commend them on their free ordering policy. Sure, you can pay a little extra if you want it overnight shipped or something, but 4 days is certainly quick enough for me.
I just made my first purchase on this website a few days ago, and it was a big one; I stocked up several pairs of stockings. Considering my large order, I was EXTREMELY relieved to find that shipping was absolutely free! What a great benefit of using this site, and I think all sites selling products online ought to implement this service for their customers. It's the absolute least they could do. :)
Good price, good service, good product
So far so good. Received them quickly but haven't worn them yet.
Although I found what I thought I wanted, the size was way off, last I looked the knee was above the calf, these barely make the calf...maybe it was boxed wrong?, but it was a complete waste of time and money at any price!
I don't shop online too often, but when I do, this is one of the few sites I come to.
