I find it hard to make changes to an order once I have made a choice. I could not change the color of the knee-highs I wanted.
You said free shipping, bur at the end you charged me 9.95$, not honest.

I would like to exchange two pair of my stockings I am using one pair but I think that they need to be tighter so I would like a different size please help me to return them for a different size
I am a first time buyer. It seems the other 4 pair I purchased from another company (which I thought were good) are inferior to your product. I was concerned about the length when I first opened the package but after trying them on they are wonderful. I will purchase another set soon.

Great product and price
Juzo Soft fit great and are so comfortable. I've tried less expensive compression stockings but they don't hold up and I love the soft feel of the Juzo Soft. It's nice to have a variety of colors to help me feel a little more youthful.
Easy to order, felt wonderful shortly after I put them on.

I don't usually take ecommerce sites all that seriously when it comes to their delivery time frames - some are more honest than others. CompressionSale was honest with their time frame though - they were very punctual! This was my first time ordering with them, but since things went so smoothly, I have no reason not to use their services again!
I've been shopping with CompressionSale for several years, and I love that they've recently expanded and acquired a few very top quality brands. In the past I've mostly found a lot of luck searching through their clearance section. Their prices are very good to begin with, but I have to say, their clearance section is a real bargain. Compression stockings aren't cheap in general, so if you're on a tight budget, it wouldn't hurt to browse through that section. I always seem to find something there that works for me.
I also wanted to say that after 4 years of using this site, never once did I have a bad experience. Customer service was always friendly and I always received my packages on time!

I am very disappointed with Compressionsale.com because I did not want the Jobst Compression stockings that I sent for seeing they were not what I needed and Compressionsale.com denies the right to have a refund. I found another website that carries Sigvaris Compression Stockings and is even at a lower price. I will be using that website from now on seeing they have a good Return/Exchange/Refund process. Compressionsale.com customer service was not satisfactory because the clerk that I spoke with was very impatient and did not help me with what I needed to know. Compressionsale.com needs to package the items sent more carefully and also needs to give clear instructions on the slip that comes with the order as to how to do an exchange.
