Thank u for the quick delivery. The only complaint with your shipping process was the way I was informed that my second brace was on back order. "B/o" meant nothing to me. Just because the item number was highlighted, I didn't understand what it meant until I had to call your company and the sales rep explained. She kinda acted like I should have understood.
Their Customer Service is one of the worst I have encountered. I specifically paid extra to have my items arrive sooner, and then on the last day they SHOULD have arrived ( 2 - 4 business days) I received an email that they finally shipped and should be delivered in another 5 days. I called to ask them what was going on, and they said ONE of my items was on backorder, so they decided to wait and ship them all together once the backordered item was received. Well, that's all well and good, but I was never notified of this, so I could make a decision about what I wanted to do. Of course, they said "we sent you an email". Funny, I received all their other emails (my order confirmation, the email that it shipped), so isn't it strange that I didn't receive any email about an item being on backorder? (and I DO check my spam folder every day... nothing was in there!)
So, based on the fact that I received NO notification, I think the least they could do is refund my Express Saver Shipping costs. It should have been obvious by what I was saying that I had no idea anything was on backorder, but all they kept saying is the item was on backorder, and it's written on our website about backorders and we'll re-send the email. A lot of good that does me NOW. No "I'm sorry", nothing. But the worst thing is, it's not really the money, it's the fact that my father is 92 years old with Congestive Heart Failure and he NEEDS some compression socks per his cardiologist. That's why I paid for Express Shipping.
BTW, wouldn't you think if something was on backorder, it would let you know WHILE you are checking out, and/or wouldn't you think the info about "what if" something is backordered that none of the order will ship would show up somewhere as you are checking out? No... it's on their Shipping Information Page. Well, who necessarily goes there when you are making a purchase? You select your item, you add it to your cart, you select your preferred method of shipping from the "check out" page and that's that, at least that's how I do it. Anyway, I will NEVER, EVER use this company again, and I will tell all my friends to steer clear of them.
I really not sure why this company has been getting somewhat mixed reviews, because my experience with them was pretty great. When dealt with the customer service rep over chat, they were extremely detailed on their answers to my questions and even though I'm sure they were secretly a little annoyed by all my inquires, they were nothing short of extremely informative and friendly. It's also important to add that while I was chatting online with them, my internet connection at my house kept going out, so they suggested I give them a call, and we ended the conversation via phone. They were just as helpful and friendly via phone too. They seemed to make great strides to see that I was taken care of as a customer and that means a lot.

I'm incredibly pleased with the purchase I just made! I got a pair of stockings for almost half of what I saw them marketed at elsewhere. I couldn't believe it! The thing that had me completely sold on this company was the fact that I didn't have to pay to have my package shipped to me. It was so refreshing to see this. Keep up the good work guys!
I really appreciate how easy it is to purchase great priced stockings on this site. The website is laid out very simplistically, and everything is easy to find. I purchased a couple pairs last week, and the order went very very smoothly. Free Shipping too! I received my order in only a handful of days.
