Customer service is non existent! Any question you have will be thrown back in your face with this statement... "it's on the website, go back and read it!" If you are lucky enough to talk to Matthew, be ready for his condescending attitude and indifference. He's a real gem and his supervisor is more of the same. If you do not wish to keep the item you have ordered, you have no recourse other than a store credit or exchange so don't be fooled.

On one of my new socks, the top hem is unraveling. I hope this is unusual. I have yet to try the remaining sock. Lets hope they hold up better.

Great website for compression hose. Reasonable prices and fast delivery. So glad I finally found a website for compression pantyhose with a good selection.
Shipping was fast. Description and pictures of the stockings made it easy to choose the correct size and appropriate product for my needs.
Very disappointed with the service and feedback from this company(?). Never received an email that my order was confirmed. I called customer service and was told it was on back order. I then wanted to cancel the order, never got an email saying it was cancelled. Then my elderly Mom gets it in the mail the following week. Now it doesn't fit and you have to jump through a series of hoops before I can do that. I learned my lesson.

So far, so good. Just a bit pricey. By the time I buy 2 pair black, 2 pair blue and 2 pair brown I'll have $90 in six pairs of socks!
