Found what I needed at a good price and free shipping. Service representatives not friendly to answer questions about when shipping, after several weeks I called and got a quick response it will be shipped next week period
I received a defective pair of stockings and the customer service representatives are rude and combative. Even the supervisors are rude. 4 phone calls and I still do not have a return label. I will never order from this site again!

You sent the wrong sleeves.
Great experience - but I will be returning the gloves to assist in putting on the stockings- they are very bulky and do not help at all - it's like using two rubber gloves because they are so thick.
We moved while items were on the way and as of today have not received them.

Compressionsale.com does not explain clearly enough about their policies on the web site. I found a lower price for my product after I placed my order. In an email I explained what happened and received a reply that said I had to ask for a lower rate when I submitted my order. I called customer service to ask more questions. The person answering the call kept shouting "wait a minute", not letting me explain why I called, put me on hold and then after a minute came back on line. I told her about the problem and how the price was lower on the other site. She said they had the lowest price; untrue. When told that it was for a Dr. Scholl product she said they don't match for those products. I was also told it was too late to cancel the order, but information wasn't even sent to the USPS for a label at that point. I will never do business with compressionsale.com again.
Would recommend this site to others.
