This is ordering 2 more pairs of compression stockings. Have been very pleased with the 1st order. The second order arrived promptly and I am very pleased with the knee highs. Certainly would recommend them.

I received my order in 2 shipment for 3 items. I knew one was on back-order when I ordered. I tried one on and it didn't fit. I didn't try on the other 2. I went to the website and filled out the return request, and waited the 72 hours. Nothing happened. So I called today. I used the #2 choice for customer service. I don't know who I got, but she could not place a exchange order. She also couldn't give the address of where to send it back to. Instead, she told me to respond to the email with my choice, wait ANOTHER 72 hours for someone to send me an email with the address. This is ridiculous and the site isnot at all user-friendly. I will probably never order from this site again because of it, even thought they are cheaper.
