It's easy and direct to order from this site. The free shipping is a plus. Giving me a coupon for 10% on my next purchase is useless. You exclude all the products I normally buy.

Took a while to navigate the site

Do not use this company. They are a complete fraud. There is no guarantee you will get the item you ordered. They will send an "alternative" item which in my case was a different size and color. They then refused to credit my card when I asked to return the item. The "Customer Service " department was the worst I have ever dealt with.

My order arrived in time and as advertised.

Very happy with this product. A lot cooler than the regular ones.
