This company is unreasonable. I bought what I thought were "compression socks" which need to be tight enough to keep the ankles from swelling. The socks I received were "diabetic socks" which were nothing at all what I needed. They were just like regular socks. When I tried to return them for a refund they refused. When I tried to get a straight answer from the live chat all I got were a lot of smart aleck answers. Pass this company by. If you purchase the wrong item they will make you keep it. Who would want to exchange or take store credit from a company you can't trust with your customer satisfaction?
