Ok paid for express shipping. One of the items I ordered was on back order. It would have been nice to know when placing the order I had an item on backorder because I would not have gotten express shipping. When I received my order and the item was not there I was confused because there was nothing that said the item was on back order. It just looked like your company forgot to send.
