I've never ordered from this place where they didn't have exactly what I wanted in stock, but the last time I ordered from them, they didn't have the color I wanted in stock. Of course, their response was that they had to order it, but they didn't waste anytime doing so. I messaged them, and they replied within minutes saying that they'd order it, and that they could have it delivered to my doorstep in only 2 weeks. And sure enough, it was delivered within that time frame. No later! They admitted that they should have had that color in stock, and they apologized, but what I really loved was how efficiently they took care of the issue to meet my needs and make sure I was satisfied. A business shouldn't be judged by how well things get done when everything is going smoothly, but how well things get done when a problem needs to solved. This is the true mark of great business practices, in my opinion. Two thumbs up for these guys.
You give me an assortment of brands and prices. I do wish you had the 2X large in the surgical thigh highs. I am just a tad larger than the X-large.
When I found an unopened package of compression stockings in the back of my closet, my first thought was what a good product it was, but my second was that I didn't actually need them after all. At first, I thought that I was stuck with them, and since I was stuck with them, I had better use them. Until, I went to this company's website and searched around. What I found was that I was still in the window to return my package! This is definitely a beneficial policy in the customer's favor, and I was so glad I was able to do it, with no hassle at all.
