Had considerable difficulty getting a straight answer despite calling several times to find out when my order would ship!

I spent over 20 minutes on hold on a long distance call from Thailand being told how important my call was despite the fact customer service being closed!

When I ordered the compression socks Order ID #******* I paid an extra $9.95 for a speedy delivery. I even wrote a nice note in the customer notes: "Please send my order as soon as possible. Need them for my flight to the Far East on July 8. Thank you!"...Guess what...socks didn't arrive until July 11. Needles to say I am NOT SATTISFIED and I want a full refund, including the shipping!

This was quick and easy. I was able to easily find what I was looking for and ordering it was simple.
