Many people said they have bad experience with comcast. So far I am very pleased with the comcast service. I got very good deal on my internet and cable. I tested my internet speed, it is like business speed. The price and bundle are cheaper than DirectTV.
When I decide to use my own modem, the technique support helped me until I get it right.
I always call first when I have problem. If I am not satisfied with the solution, I will go to local office. Employees who work at my local office are super friendly and always meet my needs.
I did experience some employees didn't want to help that much over the phone. I just thanks him and call again try different people. Overall, I am happy with my cable and internet. No one can beat the price I am paying right now.
Right now I'm getting 50mbps Blast internet service from them and it is as good as it gets for the cost here in south Florida. I hate their cable TV service, though.

We had Brad M. Ferrin as our client service Manager for our small business and it was the worst experience of my professional career.
We switched carriers because of the terrible conduct and service from Brad Ferrin.
Brad Ferrin lied to us from day one, he talks slick to get you to sign up for extra services then understates the actual fees charged to us. Brad Ferrin has severe mood swings and has yelled profanities at my staff over the phone and stood us up for scheduled meetings.
He signed us up for services and products we did not authorize. He lied to us and acted unprofessionally to everyone including my daughter.
Stay away from Comcast Business until they get rid of Bradley Michael Ferrin.
Maybe I'm in the minority here, but I have comcast service and it's fairly reliable. (I have had a few outages though.) However, their customer service sucks big time. As long as you don't have to deal with that, you're fine.
All Comcast does is lie to you. They will tell you anything on the phone to keep you as a customer. Becareful, Comcast reps. Are taught and told to lie to there customers to keep them. Now they want me to pay a cancelation fee because what they told me was not what was promised to me so now because of them I'm canceling my service. I WILL NOT PAY THAT FEE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMCAST TO ANYONE. HORRIBLE MONOPOLY COMPANY. EVERYONE NEEDS TO REPORT THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU

Comacst agreed to a 1 year contract instead of 2 as our lease would end in 1 year. They still billed us for the remaining contract for 2 years after we turned in the equipment. Total scam. Ripoffs. They asked us for the name of the rep who offered a shorter contract. Yeah right like we would remember that. They ll tell u anything to get The $. We have since moved and have Verizion now. Its 1000% better. Faster internet, great customer service. Im getting ready to start a blog against Comcast and will continue it until we get our money back. They are thieves.
Its well documented. The policy of this company is to lie to customers over the phone, and over charge for services that were never done. Its sad that this is the only option/ provider in certain areas.
I moved into a new home that was technically at the same address as my landlady but a separate house. When I contacted chat support for help in ordering internet service for my rental house I was told flat that it was impossible to have two accounts at one address and they could not help me. After such lack of initiative in the agent or even probing questions to determine if there was a way around it, I turned elsewhere, only to find that in my neighborhood Comcast was the only game. Out of desperation I called their customer service and ran my situation by a very friendly phone agent. He informed me that they could definitely help me and as he knew I needed internet for my home business, he arranged to have a tech come immediately the next morning and for a discounted price in apology for the previous treatment. The tech that arrived was extremely pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. The end result made up for the initial failure completely.
We don't even have comcast yet, I called and they said our address didn't "exist", even though others on our block have Comcast. The first guy didn't know how to handle the situation, saying he would need to add our address to their system. He was going to call me back within 20 minutes... one hour later, no call back, so I called and spoke with someone else. She informed me that they would have to add our address to the system, she gave me a ticket number and said someone would call within 48 hours. Three business days later, still no call to set up installation.
I think after reading all other negative reviews for this company, and getting absolutely nowhere just trying to SET UP service, we will be looking elsewhere. This is not a good sign, we aren't even getting service yet and have had a horrible experience. Not a great way to conduct business or bring in new customers, pretty pathetic if you ask me.
These people could screw up a free lunch! Their billing is wrong every single month, that is if you get the e-bill they push. Customer service is ow handled in Manilla, Philippines. Great more people I can't understand. As for the quality of the internet and cable, I hired a company to draw up plans to dump Comcast.
Pricing needs to be lower, like the new programming just charge a little too much
They fact that they rent out routers for longer than the worth of a router and use said routers to send data to outside sources taking up my bandwidth randomly.

Answer: No real success stories. Comcast kept me on the phone so many hours for issues which should've taken minutes each. Every call to customer service leaves you so aggravated, you cannot think straight for the remainder of the day or night.
