On April 10,2022, a high profile vehicle traveled on the road that parallels our property. The cable was hanging low enough for them to hit the cable, snapping it off of our house, and taking a chunk of the house siding with it. Following day tech comes out and screws the piece of broken siding back to our house. It still allow water and weather to penetrate inner wall. Next day, (Tuesday) another tech comes out to assess the "patch" job, called out a supervisor. Have had no communication initiated by the company since. Have filed a claim and have contacted them multiple times. Nothing. Next stop is a lawyer.

I never in my life wrote a review about a interview this ku klux clan member Ms racist Cunningham claimed she did not know how to work the zoom camera and she was late o ce she got on the camera she was annoyed I was black and intelligent her prior work on LinkedIn she worked in McDonald's she was asking all these dumb questions because she is ignorant and I could not deal with her nasty racist undertones how did a chic workingbin McDonald's get this job because Comcast allows racism the projections indicate the majority people buying cable is of color but yet we have the queen klan member working at Comcast she needs to be fired

Comcast charged us after we cancelled services. They never took care of it! We now are getting a bill from collections due to them never removing the charges. The service is terrible and the customer service is complete garbage. Nobody follows through with anything and I even had confirmation numbers about this being taken care of. Complete trash of a company.

Comcast sucks

I constantly have to reboot my cable box's the service is still way over due for an upgrade in my area. When is Comcast going to upgrade to fiber. What is the big kicker is that they are the only game in town and I fill like I'm being ripped off. Totally not a happy customer. I have also been sent numerous box's that would supposedly fix the problem and it seems worse.

I Have been a customer of Comcast for 6 years paying $177 a month. There service was total hell. I have called for months at a time with no improvement. The outsourced tecks are near impossable to understand. Dont companies realize this problem is costing them customers? You do not need cable tv boxes. You only need internet. You can stream all you need for free. There are lots of free services like roku, hulu, etc just ask around. I now have Roku and save $100 a month. My only worry is I hope Comcast internet i dependable. It is impossable to get anyone at comcast to care. I would change internet too but where I live there is no choice. STOP throwing away money on worthless cable and sht service. Read Comcast reviews PLEASE.

I authorized from my checking 290 and they went in and took 600. I only had 310 to pay my other bills and to last me till 2 weeks. They didn't care when i called them the agent replied that what you owe use. He was mean and rude.

Automated service

Seriously, whoever created the automated service for when you call Comcast, they deserve their $#*! beat. You literally have people screaming at their phones to speak to n operator because it does whatever possible to not get you to a live person. It is literally the worst automated system ever created.

I think comcast or Xfinity is a very bad internet provider. Internet at home is now essential. My internet is down now for 2 days, I called customer service, used their app, tried plugging and unplugging the modem, however the internet is still down. I had to schedule a tech visit, the earliest appointment is next Tuesday, which means I will stay for 5 days without internet. If Comcast is willing to respect its customers and provide a good quality service, they have to hire more techs and make sure these issues are resolved within 24 hrs, however they are not willing to do so, they are just willing to save money by hiring less techs and they don't care about their customers staying for almost a week without internet. Would highly recommend against Comcast and Xfinity.

It took me over an hour to get to an answer for a simple question. I got several robo answers, the chat screen disappeared, the call back technician disconnected after 10 minutes. The robo telephone assistant restarted my modem which was not a problem, then told me toSeveral tries just to find a good contact number!

My Xfinity service is average at best. It continually falls below the speed that I signed up for. My plan promises service at high speed, but it doesn't come close to what they advertise. Moreover, they keep raising my rates without notification. Compared to other networks, it's just too expensive for me.

Terrible wifi

I own a business and use comcast as my internet provider. Devices are never able to connect to Wifi. Either their equipment is weak or faulty or it just can not handle the amount of usage at one time.

Worse company ever

They know how to take our money but not how to give service. It now 3 days in a row that we don't have service. When we complained they always has the same answer, we working to improve our service. This is bull.

If you have another option you should choose it. Comcast is fine when everything is working and is hands down the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. They go around and around until you finally give up, then they tell you someone will be there in a few days at a ridiculous time

Im leaving this review even though i am forced to continue with comcast since they have a monopoly in my area. This company really sucks! I hate everthing about them. The internet works about 50% of the time. This has my business at a stand still. I think that the way to fix this is for comcast to be forced to give you 2 days free for every day of outage. COMCAST YOU SUCK!

I recently had to return a Comcast box and to re hook up the new one and I have been treated like I don't know what it's just does not make sense that Comcast treat customers the way they have been treating them and I wished it was another cable company in the area or somewhere that we can just drop them because they don't respect you they try to hurry you off the line then they call two days late they're not fix or help to set up your equipment and then have the nerve to call you when you're gone out of town because they didn't do what they were supposed to do and want to continue to talk to you about it no that's not fair and it's not right Comcast is just it just is not worth it anymore to go through the things that you have to go through and I regret the things that I have to deal with with them now

Better than nothing

We were unable to get FIOS so we got comcast for our office. Most of the time it worked OK for internet and VOIP. We had frequent glitches where we lost internet (and phone) for short periods of time. Not a good way to run a doctor's office. I am now moving that office. Comcast is blocking me from porting my number to a new service provider. I have spent hours on the phone and in the office of the new provider trying to get this done. The Comcast reps give me BS and hang up. I can't get an answer when we will be able to port our number. The old office is closed, and I have to have someone sitting in an empty office to answer that line. I don't understand why they are so uncooperative. All they need to do is release my number. I had it before I was a Comcast customer. It was my Verizon landline. I am now paying another company for a phone line that doesn't work. I can't even get them to forward calls to a temporary number so that patients can reach the office.
