I pay every month since my start up fee which was about 4 years ago. The bill continues to go up. When I talk to customer service they talk about everything except what I called about. I was told to buy my own modem and the bill would be lower. After I bought my mode the bill went up. They told me to buy my own cable box then I was told it would be cheaper to just pay to rent their cable box because I would need to buy a card for my own cable box to work and still get billed for using their service. Then I was told that the modem I bought wasn't strong enough and that I needed to only use their wifi modem. I make my payments around the 1st of the month but my bill is always due by the 27th of the month and it looks like I'm late each month because I pay around the 1st which is after the 27th. They told me they would charge me extra if I would like my bill on the 3rd instead of the 27th. This month I got a double payment which came to 410.18 and my bill has to be paid in full before they can make any changes. Every time I try to lower my bill they raise my bill. Its like talking to someone that doesn't even hear what your trying to say. If you can find a better service I would recommend to not use comcast.

I am so disappointed with Xfinity. I have WIFI, cable tv, and Xfinity home security. I spent hours on the phone troubleshooting for 3-5 weeks. They replaced my drop cable(dug up my lawn). Replaced my cable box etc... I am very happy to terminate this service for my own sanity. I don't care anymore.

This was the worse customer support I have ever experienced in my 30 years of being a Telecom/Network Engineer.

Never have any worst customer service, manager lied thru their teeth about my internet will be up soon, soon and soon. Such a joke for a big company, having such a bad, worst staffs, they didn't get train, just for throw out to the floor, don't know how to talk to customer, how to solve the problems, couldn't even look up my account by my name or my address, just because of their lack of knowledge and training. I gotta rate them number 1 of the worst service in America.

The landline and hook up the phone on the back of the modem and use the wrong phone line, how the problem fix? I fixed it myself.

Worst ISP ever.

Comcast is one of the worst ISPs I've ever had. Internet constantly goes out, occasionally for 5+ hours, and there's no compensation or even productive explanation or plans to make it stop. Additionally, they build monopolies in areas, so you have no choice but to suffer with their inferior product.

My desk started at $39.99 and in just 4 months I'm paying more than double that… you may say umm it's okay the service is getting better but no the service gets worse every single day this is a whole lot of crap customer service is even worse I'm amazed this company still is allowed to scam and take people's money. Bs.

This service sucks

Internet and TV have been out for 2 weeks now with no signs of being restored. I have already called twice only to get a computer that says there is a performance issue in the area and they will contact me when they are done. I get a text like 5 minutes later saying that service is restored and is your equipment working? No nothing is working. Then I finally get a call from a person who doesn't know wtf is going on because they are outsourced and are given a script. Extremely upset and agitated right now that there is no transparency and that I have to jump through hoops trying to get internet. Do Not Recommend Comcast. If you can go anywhere else do it.

Comcast is good until your year is up. Then they start $#*!ing with your service on purpose. I only say this because it's just right on time for years. At first I thought no way but after the 3rd year it was just like the old I phone started running slow when it was time to renew. It seems especially because I won't enter into a contract I just want month to month. They say well here is the price Las year but you won't sign a contract so that deal is over I say I'm going to ATT and they automatically rework my price back down. I know how Comcast is hell most cable/ phone company they know what to do. They want me to spend more money on a good contract so I don't have these once a year problems. No $#*! you I live in an apartment complex in Nashville where we only have a couple of options but I hope any one who has options knows how bad you suck $#*! and are crooked.

Awful company

Offered a cheaper deal to me. Said the price would go up $15 after a couple years. Price went up about $90. Customer service is no help and just say I'm lying. No way to prove they used lies to suck me into a multi year contract. This company is absolute trash.

I have been a customer for 33 years. In the last two years I started working at home and all was good until January 2022. I had a problem with my modem and brought the old one in and got a new one. When I returned home and set it up it would not allow a work website on the modem. Fast forward to May 2022 and I have spoken to numerous people at Comcast. No one can help me and they blame it on the website owners. I have spoken to them and they were able to look to see if I was blocked from their servers and I am not. It is just this modem. My friend and neighbor both have comcast and use same website and NO PROBLEMS. How can I work like this? No one will help.

I work or take classes in the evenings and I don't need a watch to know when it's 6:30 pm because my internet starts to choke, dropping zoom calls, freezing google meet, and spinning on videos. This is a nightly experience that lasts until 9 pm my time or later. Comcast/Xfinity throttles speed for lower-rate customers such as me (mind you, I pay for 100mbps service) so the big spenders can watch movies. Its better than ATT, when I used to go weeks with no service at all every few moths. But the throttling is a major problem.

Worst internet company I've ever done business with. The internet doesn't work every morning. With so many people working remotely, this is unacceptable. They don't even disclose the issues or offer anything to customers for the inconvenience.

Job was AMAZING!

Job (pronounce Hob) was fantastic on the phone. He was patient, understanding, and explained things really well. Now, I can re-set some items by myself, without having to contact Comcast and wait for hours. Representative before him was not helpful in any sense that they were unable to provide any next steps when they cannot solve the issue.

Worst oompany to deal … If you need a customer service, good luck … 8 hrs in the phone and your services are canceled accidentally and you are charged fir your plans extra at least $40 more per month just to get it back for their mistakes. I call it scam

First, they have jacked my price up by $30 over the last year with 0 improvement in service or added content. Second, customer service is a joke. I tried signing up for the Xfinity Rewards and was told the account that has been active for over 20 years and has TV and Internet was ineligible. No one is able to help me. Facebook messenger support gave me a ficticious trouble ticket number and that was it. Twitter support is less than impressive.

I'm not a BOT and I don't want to "interact" with them. What happened to "customer service"? I'm Senior and disabled. Xfinity is lame and when I moved to a new Apartment, they screwed up my service transfer. After 10 phone calls and not fixing the problem, they then took disputed funds from my bank account. Strong arm tactics, rather than fix their service transfer mistakes. HOW LAME! Now I will $#*! on them at every opportunity!
