Never received item, will not help

Dhl marked my item as delivered, so I tried contacting them and they told me I have to be the shipper to make an inquiry. I contacted colourpop for help with DHL and they declined. I'll never use them again. Like throwing your money away. It was a lousy 22 bucks, and they've lost a long time customer.

After receiving my lip mask I ordered during Valentine's day, I applied it the same night. The next morning I woke up to horrible chemical burns on my lips. It was excruciating and it took applying vaseline for a week to heal it. Messaged their "customer service" WITH photos of my burns. Was told they're not responsible for anything I'm allergic to... I have never had an issue with this company. Or the ingredients that was listed. I'm assuming it's the amount of fragrance they use. Company has gone downhill over the years. They mass produce and forgot about their loyal customers.

Not cool

Really love like 90% of their products but I contacted blepharitis after using a pair of lashes I had purchased. It was the only new thing in my makeup routine. Could it have been a me problem? There's always that possibility I guess but either way I have an incurable eye infection now and my review did not show up on the website. DO NOT BUY THE LASHES GUYS lol

I used to be a hard core colourpop fan and I still love a lot of their products. But I purchased a palette that crumbled and contacted them and they did nothing about it. Then I checked the reviews and it seemed I wasn't the only one with the same problem. Only I noticed that the only reviews thst were published were reviews that spoke highly of the product with 4-5 stars and listed the crumble problem as a minor issue. My review on the other hand was not posted. And so I checked the reviews for other products and realized that they literally only post reviews that talk well about their products and/or reviews thst complain about something other than their quality (ex: didn't match my skin tone). They can't be trusted. It's really disappointing.

Quantity over Quality

Absolute garbage product. Non-existent Customer Service and the slowest shipping I've ever seen for a large scale cosmetic manufacturer. The only decent products they sell are lip glosses, lip oils and lip tints. Even then, their lip products are barely drug store quality. It's an overhyped brand that does not live up to its name. Not sure what the hive mind behind this brand is on about, but it's very misleading. CP must just pay for a lot of advertising.

Shipped wrong item and after multiple, multiple times of trying to contact there has been no response whatsoever. Last time I checked, self tanning lotion is not eyelashes! Do not recommend buying from them, go through Amazon, their products on there are cheaper anyway.

Bruh and sis my package never even came!
It was reported through emailed and tracking info to come on the January 19th

It's now Feb 7th

I'm feeling a little bamboozled too cus I'm looking at more reviews aaaaaand there is a lot! Of reviews that state customers never received their merch. Yes, I'm salty. Usually I do a thorough job at reviewing places before I order from online but I guess I let all the pretty colors and glitter get the best of me. Lesson learned y'all
Over all it was a total let down never even got to test the product nor did I receive a refund.

Never received package - NO refund

Something went wrong in the shipping process. Colourpop probably put the wrong address on the package which is why it was never delivered to me and immediately returned to the sender. The customer support just keeps telling me to check at the local post office and I would have gotten just as far talking to a robot.
Terrible customer service, will never order again.
And I still didn't receive my money back, which now has literally been spent to AIR.

I placed an order at the end of November. I have still not received the order as of January 13th. Colourpop offered to send a replacement but that was after Christmas and what I had ordered were to be Christmas presents. Now, since I have no use for the replacement they are refusing a refund based on their purchasing policy. "No refunds or returns". They can verify that I never received my order yet "the policy" states no refunds. What a scam of a small business. For the record, this is not how customer complaints should be handled. I have since escalated a claim with Paypal and reported them to the Better Business Bureau.

Colourpop has failed to ship our products so many times even with the increase in international shipping. When someone says they will ship a product within the given time period they should be able to do so! It s been over 2 months now and i still didnt receive my pacakge. Also there is no way to track a package!

Bought the sailor moon set. Missing both glitter pots. Wrote to them explaining what happened no answer for days then provided a coupon for 16 dollars when buying both again would cost 20 dollars plus shipping. Absolutely pathetic and quite frankly theft.

ColourPop sent me a shipping notification on November 6,2020. It has been well over a month, and my package has still not arrived. ColourPop has not replied to any of my emails, beyond automatic replies, and has been altogether unhelpful in remedying the issue.

They shipped half my order then refused to refund the money for the missed item. Instead they sent me a promo code that actually RAISES the final cost of any purchase cuz you can't combine discounts. So I can't use it. They lost a good customer over $8. Follow up. They have out right refused to refund the $$ for the items they did not ship quoting their return policy. What about the policy covering items they neglected to ship?

Horrible customer service
December 11, 2020

Purchased a collection that included lashes and the lashes fell apart after a day. Was told I had 2 weeks to come forward with issues, but since you know we are in a pandemic I am home a lot and not out and about where I would wear lashes so the issues were not apparent while they were still in the box. Explained my situation and basically got told to bad so sad for you. Waste of money and I'm sorry if your products are only stood behind for 2 weeks what the heck junk are you selling?

Received used make up

The palette I received was used and damaged. Three of the colors were smudged and scratched and the case was scratched up inside and out. When I contacted customer service (and included pictures), they told me that nothing was wrong and they would not do anything.

For for months I never got the product I ordered. The seller was refusing refund. I told the seller to provide enough evidence that they actually shipped the order in first place, as package could not be tracked with the tracking number that they provided. I told them to check where their tracking number leads them to. But the customer care does not seem to understand. I made payment with paypal. So I opened a paypal case against seller and made a claim saying the seller could not provide enough evidence that the order was shipped. Within a day my case closed on my favour! I GOT FULL REFUND. The seller later mailed saying they checked the tracking and found that the package was held in sorting facility. Like for 4 months! It was never shipped! And they could not accept their mistake in first place. Please know that online customers have rights and it is responsibility of seller to provide valid tracking. Dont let the customer care fool you. I just dont trust colourpop anymore

It's been a month and a half (since August 27th) since I have ordered the Sailor moon collection. I have been trying to reach out to the customer service and all they (Amia) told me is to look for the package myself and have not offered a helping hand. The service I have received has been non-existent, I am very disappointed as I was excited to order from Colourpop. I have called DHL and my local delivery service and the package has not even left the US. I have never received such horrible customer service before. It should not take 2 months for a package to be delivered. I have requested a refund and all I received was a screenshot of my order shipped. This is unacceptable.
