It's been 2 months since i ordered my lipsticks and shadows and i received nothing. I conracted them and after providing them my order number i got nothing, a week has passed and still no reply. I contacted them again and they told me to check at my local post office and that's it. Thank God i paid using paypal so i will be opening a dispute and asking for my money back. Their customer service was really unhelpful and seemed like a 15 y/o was replying to 2 emails that i've gotten from them. Very unreliable, it was the first and last time i'm ordering from them.
Their prodcuts are amazing i wont lie but their customer service! Awful
First of: i live outside of the us meaning international shipping
They decalre higher made up prices meaning i have to pay taxes and custom for not reason even though i never pass the 75$ mark which is the amount you start paying customs and taxes here!
They always write a way higher price like 100+$

Secon, the shipping takes really long, over a month
If your package is lost they give you two options either a refund or sending it but if its lost again or damaged its your problem
Its takes them forever to reply to emails sometimes they just dont reply at all

I recently ordered products based on a promo, where I was supposed to reveive an additional product they were promoting. I did NOT receive the product. Since there is no customer service phone number for some ridiculous reason, probably so they don't have to deal with people, I had to email them and wait 48 hours to hear anything. They told me the promo was no longer happening, and they could not fulfill my request bc it would be "unfair" to other customers. This is utter BS, I ordered it during the time of the promo. OF COURSE the promo was no longer happening, hence being a promo. Idiots. SO basically I never got what I paid for, and they completely ignored my 2nd email. Must feel good to be able to hide behind a computer and write BS copy and paste emails back to customers you claim to care about, calling it customer service.
I ordered a few items from colourpop last week I received no confirmation email or shipping email. I even checked on the order history and my purchase was no recorded, so I figured it was cancelled. I repurchased my products again along with some other products and I got a confirmation email and shipping email and it was recorded in the order history. A few days later I get my first order, I had no knowledge that it was still coming, along with the second order. I was furious. How do you send our products without any information of the purchase? This happened a second time with another order. I ordered those two transactions with no tracking numbers on the same day. I already contacted colourpop and they said someone will contact you within 48 hours, I did not received any emails from them and it's been 3 days. I told them I'm not going to pay for something I thought was cancelled. Just today, I received an order that I did not even order. I'm very upset with them. I do love their products, but it's not worth the headache.
I was tracking my package the whole time from the USPS website.
And I was little skeptic about ordering because it was an international order.
So 21 days had passed and I didn't receive it yet. And then the next (and final) delivery was back to the Colourpop HQ. And USPS showed the status as "Delivered".
I was SO upset! I had ordered a bunch of things and I was so disappointed when I saw it went back.
I don't think I will ever order from them ever again.

***INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING REVIEW***
I ordered a fair bit of products from ColourPop and when I finally got my package I had to pay horrendous FEES because they didn't bother to declare the package in line with the international shipping rules!
1. They declared an incorrect/higher value than what I had actually bought (which meant that I had to pay higher taxes, but that was the least of my problems ordering with them)
2. They did not declare the shipping costs at all, which is STANDARD practice and a MUST on international orders. So now I have to endure the consequences of their negligent behavior and pay horrendous fees that are due if you don't declare shipping! I have to pay for THEIR mistake. And yes, it's their mistake. Declaring shipping costs is usual pactice in international business! I expect Colourpop to know and play by those very simple rules! I have ordered at least 40 times from the US and not once did it happen that a company didn't bother to declare my package correctly! Not once! Now I have to pay the horrendous fees for further investigation on the package... It would have been so easy to just add an "incl. Shipping" next to the total amount but nope, they didn't.
Costumer service took ages to respond. They won't accept to pay the fine or even refund me *some* of my money. I have been ordering from foreign online shops for nearly 10 years now and never did I ever have to deal with such a hideous company.

I placed my order on Black Friday last year, it is now the end of January and the order has still not arrived. After countless of insincere, repeated and unhelpful emails telling me to go deal with their shipping problems for them i. E. Contact the mailing services myself, or going down to the office to collect it rather than have it delivered, I've decided to ask for a refund. There is no way colour pop values their customers especially knowing how dissapointing this shopping experience have been and they won't offer more than an apology. After all the inconvenience their shipping incompetency has caused due to the products never arriving for the holiday season, they took ages to agree to a refund. Now I have to wait again for them to pay me my money back and this whole situation has been the bane of my life the last two months. Not even a single form of compensation from the company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS UNORGANISED HORRIBLE COMPANY.
My ColourPop order of Dec 5th 2016 still has not arrived Jan 11 2017! I have contacted customer service --I will have to see what the response is but already not impressed.
I had an item that didn't work. I sent a video to there email and the next day they sent a whole new item! They were really nice and my new item was delivered in two days! Thanks colourpop!
I placed an order on November 28 for a Christmas gift for my daughter and still haven't received it, a month later. And the company is 8 hours from my home. When I inquired about it, they said it was on it's way, but that the post office just hadn't updated their tracking information. Luckily I paid for the items through Paypal and now they are handling it. Crap company, stay away!
First of all, I received the wrong products. The shipping package had my name on it but the shipping invoice had someone else with a different address and totally different products. I then contacted Colourpop to see what they could do and their customer service is TERRIBLE! They ignored by questions, didnt offer anything in compensation for missing christmas, and had no other option for quicker shipping to arrive before christmas. They are now ignoring my emails. I am sure I will not receive my actual order. I will be reporting them to the BBB and my bank for fraud. This is not the first case against them for this exact situation. Terrible company. Stay away!
I also recieved someone else's order, my name was on outside of parcel but billing slip inside was addressed to someone else and I was sent that persons order. If this happens, just forward your package to persons name on billing slip inside the package and bypass Colourpop customer service. Hopefully whoever gets my order will forward it to me. My daughter is going to be very disappointed. I spent a lot of money for this makeup, that I will probably never receive. Very disappointing Colourpop!

The outside of the parcel had my name and shipping address on but the inside contents and packing slip had another person's name and address on. I emailed colourpop explaining this to them and they haven't bothered to respond to me. I am beyond angry because I spent over £50 and had really high hopes because this was my first time ordering from them.
So I ordered stuff for black Friday and I received the wrong order. The outside shipping label had my name and address but the inside contents and green slip weren't mine. I emailed colourpop and I received an email back about 2 hours later saying that they were shipping out a replacement package for free, no questions asked. I didn't even have to return the order they sent me, and it was a pretty big order so I am very pleased with their service!

So I was excited to get my $5 off coupon because I do love their matte lip stains and I wanted to get a nice fall color. I put in my order and I'm ready to check out on their website and I'm looking for the section to put in the coupon code. I don't see it so I assume that once I put my credit card info, I would then be able to put the code in. But it charges me full price plus shipping anyway! So instead of spending around $6 bucks like I would've like to, I end up spending about $13! I was furious because I wouldn't have purchased it had I not gotten a coupon! So I emailed customer service and explained the situation and they tell me that they have a special going on for a highlighter and that's why I wasn't able to use the coupon. I told them I wasn't interested in a highlighter and wouldn't have purchased with them if I had known that I couldn't get $5 off. They proceed to tell me that I can use the coupon for another purchase. Are you serious? I don't want to make another purchase I want my $5 off! So I demanded a refund. They ask me for my order number which I gave them but they never responded back after that, they never refund me, and still send the lip stain... I won't be purchasing from them again
This is literally the BEST lipstick i have ever purchased... I have very full lips even at 63 yrs old. And my one problem always is having to reapply after eating or drinking just about anything. I was at a sushi bar and the girl working there had the most lusicious lipstick on... she also had very full lips. I asked her where did she buy that lipstick and she gave me this website. And said it was only 6 dollars. I figured what the heck. I order just the 1 and paid the shipping. But to my surprise. It was awesome. I now have ordered not only 3 more tubes but an abundance of other products too. And got the free shipping. This lipstick literally wont smudge, or even kiss off..., ya ladies us 63 yr old girls STILL kiss. Lol. You wont be disappointed..
I placed an order over 3 wks ago for 4 different colors of Lippie Stix. It supposedly shipped, but never arrived. When I contacted ColourPop, I learned I was basically on my own to solve the problem. Since I was leaving the country in 2 days, and didn't have time to deal w/the issue, I asked for a refund. Reply: Lippie Stix are so inexpensive ($5) that the company does not refund. ColorPop has no effective phone #, and their email replies are so unhelpful & juvenile that one would think they've hired middle school students to handle email complaints.
Bottom line? Don't bother w/ColorPop customer service, just call your credit card company and stop payment. At least they have excellent customer service.
I ordered my product and I not only got what I asked for, but 2 extras. It was great. The color is amazing for 6$ each (only spent around 26$ and got 5 lipsticks) and free shipping. Came within 5 days, and a confirmation of arrival. I've NEVER gotten that. I don't understand the bad reviews, maybe it's a person by person basis but I have no complaints. Sent me booklets and stuff and not just the product to show they put consideration into each order they ship. Great, great company, and willing to wait 5 days for orders (Tennessee from California) to get something cheaper than the drugstore but waaaaay more worth it and an overall better product.
