I first try to order some lippies, but, few days after, I did not received any confirmation, I check my paypal, nothing was done and I did not have anything in my colourpop history.

So, I taught that I did something wrong, and did my purchase again (I also had some products).

Today, I received my package. It appears that it was the first order I did! I taught I was not working as I never received any confirmation mail, neither track order.
Futhermore, I had to pay duty taxes (30euro for a 60euros purchases!).

But, this is not the end: All the products were open! The lippies seem 'used', all the boxes opened. The liquid highlighter was also open and drop all over the box.

I check on my paypal, because it taught the transaction was not done, and it appears that my paypal account was in negatif because of this transaction?

I do not understund what happen. But I guess I will received the same order, have to pay the duty again (if I receive the package, as I saw that lot of poeple seems to have problem with the shipping)

1.) Colourpop cancelled my order even after they already sent a confirmation email
2.) I placed another order because my family/friends really wanted these items
3.) I reached out to Colourpop to see if they could help me expedite these orders because it was partly their fault that they cancelled the order without explanation
4.) Instead of helping me out (or even reading my message) they gave me a copy-paste reply of their process.
5.) Since they wouldn't help out, I tried to redirect the address (pretty standard with other online vendors) and they took forever to reply even after I made the subject "URGENT"
6.) I thought things were getting somewhere, but they shipped my order to the wrong address
7.) Now they won't help me retrieve the items (as I already left the United States) and told me to contact USPS to fix the problem

I am so surprised that so many people have had problems with colourpop. They are a newer company, they just celebrated their 3rd year anniversary. They had a sale with free shipping anywhere in the US, no minimum purchase. They also threw in a free limited edition super shock shadow called, i think, birthday cake. I ordered twice. So i had an extra free shadow which i gave to my neighbor.
I find the quality of their products to be excellent, and very price friendly. I haven't had to deal with customer service (yet) so i can't comment on that. However, there have been times that there was a message to customers saying that due to a higher than normal amount of orders, things may take a few extra few days to arrive. I was fine with that, as there is no colourpop actual storefront.
So imma say that i order from colourpop around once a month, maybe a bit less. Maybe more when there's a good sale. The colors really do pop! I would recommend that all y'all ladies give this company a shot. You would very surprised at the quality of the things, as well the amazingly low prices... yes ya can still get a lippie for $5!

This is totally insane! Poor Customer Service especially those who are outside of USA! I tried to reach them a couple of times because the ETA already exceeed and they've told me to wait patiently so I did then after a month of waiting I received the item and I was so excited and I was like finally patience is a virtue then when I opened it voila wrong items were delivered to me. Wtf! I was so disappointed and mad! I don't know how will they resolve this issue...

My package (within US) had gone missing so I reached out to ColourPop to look into its status. The first two times they told me to keep waiting and contact USPS. I did and asked ColourPop to submit a search request as instructed by USPS. ColourPop would not do it and just told me to keep waiting.

After two weeks I got tired of waiting and frustrated by ColourPop's lack of action, so I asked for a refund. Now they respond and asked me to submit a missing claim myself and they'll send a replacement. While they could've told me this information the first time, they waited till I requested a refund to tell me this. After I filed the claim, USPS responded saying that the package could not be found.

I contacted ColourPop a 4th time demanding a refund and specifically saying I do not want a replacement, but they just said they will be sending out a replacement. ColourPop's poor customer service has prompted me to do research online and according to the Federal Trade Commission,"If the seller is unable to ship within the promised time, it must notify you (the customer), give a revised shipping date and give you the chance to cancel for a full refund or accept the new shipping date."

I shared this information with ColourPop and they responded that they have a no refund policy. End of story.

Do you know what this means? This is basically saying that they can just take your money without making sure products arrive in your hands. Because, hey! We have a no refund policy!

If I had asked for a refund after I had received the products and did not want to keep them, they had the right to reject my request due to their policy. However, this does not apply to products that never reach customers!

They obviously don't care about their customers. Keep shopping with them if you'd like to have your money taken from you and enjoy frustration!

I have always received my Packages until May 2017. I have ordered 2 Packages of stuff for 70$ each. The german customs office said, they have to send it all back to Colourpop, because it is illegal to order these to Germany because of our import law. SO the customs office sent my Package back and DHL lost it. Contacted Colourpop several time in the last 3 weeks, but no helpfull response by them at all! So end of the story, paypal woul dnot pay any refund for lost packages, colourpop is not responding anymore and I got 140$ less. THANKS FOR NOTHING COLOURPOP!
I got in contact with other Germany on facebook, they have the same Problem. They ordered the same week, had to sent back the same week as my items. HOW CAN THAT BE?

We agree that they have the worst customer service and advertise items that they have no intention of shipping, instead of refunding they offer a "one time" voucher (breach).
They do appear to be a scammer, if not they simply are not a good business to deal with.

Idk why this has so many bad reviews but I don't took advantage of the free shipping no minimum and ended up placing 4 orders! They all came in beautifully packaged and within 3 days and I live in Florida! 5 stars

Wow this company is so clueless. 1 ordered eyeshadow. 2 delivered with 2 shadows shattered. 3 sent email to customer no service with pictures and order number. 4 received email requesting pictures. Sigh I will NEVER purchase from them again and of course plaster my experience with your company all over social media. Horrible customer service.

I ordered the peach lip set for $18 and never received it, I emailed because they don't have a phone number to call or call customer service (go figure) they told me they'd give me my money back when they received the lipstick back and this was a MONTH ago. I haven't received another email nor have I received my money. Do not buy from them unless you like to throw your money away!

I am from Europe and my last order had problems at the custom office and it was delivered back to colourpop. I emailed them and asked if its possible to have my order sent again whenever they will have international free shipping or if that is not possible I would like to get a refund or a maybe a voucher to order again. All I received from them was a generic copy paste answer that they are sorry for this inconvenience and that they dont do refunds. They did not bothered to answer if the will send my package again or if I can get a voucher and be able to place a new order. Meanwhile they have my money and they also have my order that I haven't even been able to see.

I will to do a charge back with my credit card and never order again from them. Its just unbelievable how many people are in this situation and everyone is just ignored. On their site they mention about the fact that they are wallet friendly, but so far for me they were not so wallet friendly and the experience was very frustrating and stressful.

Worst Brand ever

First of all, I have never tried any of their products and I do not intend to do so. I ordered 50$ worth of make up to Germany. I had to go to the customs office just to be told that as the products do not match the EU custom regulations, there was no legal way for me to recieve the products. I was forced to send them back and immediately contacted their customer service. In the end, I did not get a single penny back and wasted 50$ not being able to do anything about it.

I was originally excited to find lipsticks so inexpensive by Colourpop. After using them for several weeks, I noticed a rasg develop around my nose. I didn't attribute the rash to the lipsticks until recently. Stopped using the products and the rash is going away.

I've spent hundreds of dollars on ColourPops website, even in the last few months. But this last order was awful. Over $100 in makeup ordered and literally EVERY SINGLE ITEM arrived damaged beyond belief. I emailed them over 8 days ago, and continued following up every few days. Nothing. I finally left a very lengthy comment on their Instagram reiterating the situation simply asking why I've been completely ignored. They immediately inboxed my Instagram asking which email to contact me at. I immediately let them know which email to contact me at. Within seconds, I noticed they deleted my Instagram comment. They still have not contacted me. I will never order from ColourPop again. This is ridiculously inappropriate and beyond disappointing. Contact the BBB or FTC for a refund, you deserve it.

Horrible service, I bought over 60 dollars worth of makeup, and was missing 6! Of my lipsticks, after emailing them I received the reply after 6 days and the only solution being a discount code, which I was not allowed to use during promos and on top of that I had to pay international shipping out of my own pocket. I had also payed for 6 lipsticks during the promo and I was only allowed 4 lipsticks with the refund.

I have order Colour Pop twice so far. First order was perfect; the second order, they sent a broken lip stix. I emailed the customer service; I get a standard email stating that someone will get back to me within 48 hours. It's been more like 100 hours and no response. I even sent a reminder, but no one has replied. I understand it's a $5 product, but this is what they represent, they ought to take care of paying customer and have an ownership of their product! It is easy to just ignore the customer for small amount of sales; however, what they don't realize is that they are losing life time customers. I will no longer be using this brand nor recommend to anyone. The way they handle the defected products is unacceptable and really shows the company's culture. Very disappointed with the way they handle the customer service.

So I ordered 3 shadows 1 blush 2 ultra satin lips and 1 lippie stick. The lippie stick box was opened and it looked used. My ultrasatin lipstick in Alyssa has a wand that looks around messed up I'm afraid to use it and the only lipstick I feel okay using and not grossed out by is femme and it's a darker colourpop than I thought pretty unwearable. I like the blush I ordered holiday and 2 of the 3 shadows look fine 1 looks like some one used it. I don't know I had a bad order this time probably won't order again.

I have been emailing back and forth for over a week over an issue that could've been solved in a 10 minute phone call. I received an eyeshadow broken, and a lip gloss double ordered, when I contacted them they refused to let me return or exchange either, just kept sending me links to their FAQ page. To refuse to accept the responsibility of your company and try to appease the customer is absolutely not acceptable, especially for such a new and aspiring company like this. Very disappointed.

I emailed colourpop for 4 days continuously that I am a new buyer. So how can I purchase lipstick with the $5 off promo code with free shipping! But they didn't reply till now!

I love Colourpop products, mainly the supershock shadows but I would not really really recommend ordering from them as their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. It really lets them down as a company. They treat domestic and international customers vastly differently, are pretty rude and especially recently have not been listening to their previously loyal customers at all. I would have given them 4 stars just for the products and thought risking the broken products and dodgy CS worth it but recently they seem to have totally lost their way - replacing the COLOUR in colourpop with countless repetitive bland nudes and almost totally ignoring the products that made them famous replacing them with bog standard pressed powders that you can buy in any high street.
