Steals money from you

I tried to order one brow pencil twice and both transactions got cancelled, but still charged my card. So I tried to order some random My Little Pony pallet with the pencil and it charged me and got cancelled again. Both cancellation emails I got said it would take 7-12 business days for the money to be refunded back on my card and its been almost 3 weeks now and Ive called and called and called and emailed and emailed and emailed and all the replies say the same thing it will take 7-12 business days and every time Ive called no one answers! Its Tuesday, 2 more days until Thanksgiving and 3 more days until Black Friday. I NEED MY MONEY FOR BLACK FRIDAY SHOPPING!

I am really disappointed to leave a one-star review, as I did like the products I received. However, like many other commentators, I received a wrong item. While slightly annoying, no big deal. However, the only way to contact customer service is through an email submission form. (There is no phone number, which is significantly more annoying, as it implies ColourPop is unwilling to stand behind their products by making themselves accessible to customers.) I emailed customer service and received a response that I would hear something within 48 hours. It has been over a week, and I have had to submit a second form. (There is no way to follow up on an inquiry because they do not provide any sort of reference number and, again, have no customer support line.) After researching, many other customers have had a similar experience. Frankly, that is not acceptable. Nothing they sell is so great that it is worth the risk of ordering through a company that consistently fails to deliver the products that customers order and purchase.

Great customer service

Im surprised at the amount of complaints about customer service. It took a week for my things to get to me (including the time it took for the order to process) and when they did, I got the wrong shade in one of the lipsticks. I emailed them about it and they responded early the next morning. They sent me the right shade and let me keep the one they sent accidentally, no questions asked. Overall a really good experience.

Stole my Money

Received my order with only 2 of the 6 items I ordered and they say that the weight of the package would signify all the items where in the package... They even stuck foam in the package to add weight and there was no way all my items could of even fit in the size of the package. I have never felt so discourage!

Colourpop buyer beware they do not care about ALL their customers they pick and choose majority of the time if there's a problem you're screwed! Customer service reps don't give a damn everyone needs to file with the BBB they can't keep getting away with this thievery poor poor poor quality control I don't even think they have inspection packaging and shipping is awful no wonder why everything comes broken and Colourpop is always trying to pass the buck and blame USPS or act like you the customer is wrong hahahaha what a joke the customer is always right i don't the only reason colourpop is still kicking is because of their crazy cult member like followers that attack you when you try to resolve things on social media because CS is ignoring your emails and wth seriously my product comes broken or defected it's colourpops mistake and responsibility to ensure everything gets to you intact and they just laugh in your face I swear and it's more like too bad xoxo yeah that's a slap in the face a virtual middle finger to the customer they don't give a damn about idk how they are still in business and I almost fell for it trying to make me feel like I should just deal with it hah

Everytime I've had to deal with their customer service I swear I won't order anything ever again, although I love their products. They don't bother to even read your email - just send a generic reply which has no relevance. Back and forth you go with no answers until you're so frustrated you give up. My SSS are beginning to break up after 6 months (although tightly sealed) & they advise that they only have a shelf life of 12 months! When I asked for an explanation as to why they are breaking up they replied that they need to be tightly sealed. In 4 or so emails to them I have stipulated that this has always been done! Round and round we go. No answers. Terrible customer service.

This stuff burns

I received my package about 4 hours ago. I ordered the matte lipstick box with all of the colors of the week in it. I tried them on and they were cute I was very excited, my husband wanted to see me in the black color which was the Friday lip colour. We went out to lunch and I had a pepsi and when I took that first sip my lips were on fire. I had to go to the restroom and try to scrub it off the best I could but I couldn't get it all off because it is super matte. When I got home an hour ago I finally managed to get it all of but now my lips are still burning even when I lick them. I think the chemicals that they use in this lipstick is to strong, I wish it wasn't because the lipstick is gorgeous.

I ordered a set of lipsticks from Colourpop and received an email shortly after. I then waited to see when my package was shipped, I never got a shipping email until 2 weeks later. I tracked the package all the way up until it got to the city I lived in and it Never came. I waited almost an entire month for my package and when I go to call customer service nobody can help me because it is now usps problem and usps tells me it's colourpops problem. I have never had to wait this long regardless for a package to even be shipped. They will not be refunding me my $35 and I will never be ordering from this company again.

(09/14/17) Thursday: I emailed colourpop to ask about my order and they replied. Customer service asked the last 4 digits of the card that i used and the invoice number since payed using paypal.

(09/16/17) Saturday: they sent me the tracking number.

(09/18/17) Monday: ORDERS RECEIVED
No problems. Everything right and complete.

I asked them questions about 2 specific items, and their availability status and back to stock notification, the useless rep did nothing but copy paste me a sentence "Please sign up for our newsletter to be the first to hear about new arrivals, restocks, special offers, last call items, and promotions! " The idiot (Andrea R) didn't even try to answer my questions at all... You guys should probably hire someone who can at least read or doesn't hate this job!

It's been 10 days since I ordered from them, excluding weekends and holidays, I reached out on Instagram and they deleted my comments and BLOCKED me from their page so I emailed them and got the same copy paste response that every single person gets. I'm absolutely disgusted with them and how they treat their customers and definitely will NOT be ordering again and will probably file a dispute with my bank. They have a lawsuit waiting to happen.

TL; DR: If you don't receive your order, open a dispute with your credit card company!

I've ordered for ColourPop successfully about 2 times before this last time. In the past, nothing out of the ordinary happened. But this incident really changed my mind and perspective.

I never received my order and dealt with dismissive and rude customer service. For about a month, the package's shipment details didn't update. I emailed them in the meantime and was told to wait and contact USPS myself (not sure why it was my responsibility as the customer but whatever). After this, I figured I'd give it some more time. Half of month passes and still no updates. I really out again and I'm told to wait. I wait a week and reach out again. This time I'm told that they'll see me "a one time courtesy" replacement (LOL, for an item I paid for!). When I respond to accept and confirm my address, they make no mention of their offer and tell me that I'll have reorder. They also mention that the package is being sent back to them and that they'll issue me a refund once they receive it physically. Again, I'm not sure why it's my $#*!ing job to ensure that they receive the package they sent out with their choice of carrier back! They even had the nerve to tell me to follow up with USPS to ensure that they receive it. Mind you, this is despite the fact that I sent them the USPS tracking details that show the parcel was successfully delivered back to them!

That's when I found this site and lost all confidence that I'd receive a refund. I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute. I imagine I'll get my money back for sure because anyone dumb as a rock can check the items shipping details and see I never received my order.

Never again ColourPop! You've lost another customer!

This company is a scam. Colourpop legitimately has THE WORST customer service ON THE PLANET. I'm really laid back. They canceled an order immediately after I placed it, towards the end of one of their sales, claiming it was fraudulent. That was it.

Paypal never flagged it. Even Colourpop didn't "flag."

Each contact with CS gave me 6 diff excuses and said I could "reorder" AFTER the sale. They were all lies.

Hopefully it's better through Sephora. Otherwise, despite being a loyal customer, I'm donezo.

I make order through them and I received my package once I open it I was missing one lipstick then i contact customer service And I let them know what was going on. 1st my lipstick look use. 2. I was missing one lipstick. 3. All the boxes they were painting with lipstick. They Tell me that the eye deems can calm like that sometimes because a little bumpy on the shipping is impossible That all the llipstick get off the Box. Now they say there will send me the item missing but they cannot do nothing about the rest of the item obviously I will be throwing them in the trash cause I don't know who use this item. They will now work with you at all they will make look like it's okay to use it like that Seriously. I did not pay for USE items or damage package

I have been waiting for a month to receive 2 of their no filter concealers. I placed the order and 3 days later received a confirmation email with tracking info. This ENTIRE time, the tracking number shows that usps is still waiting to receive the items so they can ship them. I have emailed colourpop 4 different times and only twice gotten a response from Cindi and Alex. They both tell me to be patient and that it has shipped. I havent received anything! I got so desperate that i even emailed the pr email address they have on the website and of course no one is able to help me. I am about ready to give up and forget about those 12 dollars i spent. I know its not a crazy amount of money but its still hard earned money... never again.

Horrid all around

I've given them a couple chances but these products are not up to par. Really great marketing, "luxury products for cheap", however their products are at par at best with drug store quality. Furthermore I had horrible customer service, I had an issue with my order and Samantha, the person responding to me was perfectly sweet until I requested to cancel my order. At this point they totally stopped all forms of communication, after 2 days I received an email saying that my products had shipped so I emailed again asking why they hadn't canceled my order, no response to any of my THREE emails. I emailed someone else and finally received a response, saying there was nothing to be done and offering no compensation. I might put up with this if they products where worth while, but they're awful and not up to what they're advised as. High unimpressed, will NEVER be purchasing again and will be telling my friends about this horrible company.
