Slow shipping

As much as I love colourpop products their shipping really is bad. Its not the holiday anymore and that cannot be the excuse.

When you buy their products, order at least two weeks ahead. Youll be disappointed otherwise! I think they really use the 5 day max limit to ship items. But they quickly took out my money right. Im definitely avoiding their site for a while.

Sad to say no matter how much I love Colourpop products, I will unfortunately not be purchasing from this brand again. The product in itself is amazing and the price as well however when it comes to customer service they have the worst system ever. Third time buying and it is always the same issue, it seems all they care about is that you purchase their products and that's about it whether it gets delivered does not seem to be something they particularly care about. The tracking system is useless and not up to date and when you enquire about the progress with regardless to the shipping of your package you get inconsistent and most of the time unhelpful response. Rephrasing what I emailed you about will not change the fact that you experience enormous delays in your delivery system. Yes I understand customs and posting are not within your control but it is very unprofessional to disregard your clients' concerns altogether. Big no no for the future!

Ok I have ordered from Colourpop over 20 times not even exaggerating. And only once in the past year and a half since I have been buying from them has a product came damaged. It was one super shock shadow (I had about 10 I that order) and it was slightly cracked so I just repressed it and it was good as new. Never have I had to wait more than 10 days from the day I ordered to receive a package but they are based out of LA and I live in Washington State so Im fairly close. The shadows are incredibly pigmented and I love the super shock highlighters they are blinding. The only product Im not a huge fan of is ultra matte lips but that could just be me Im more of a glossy lip person but I do love matte X lippie sticks because they are matte without being drying. This is one of my ride or die brands right next to my tarte products.

Sent several emails about my order that never arrived.

Was denied a refund.

Was denied a reshipment of order.

Simple as that.

I had to call my bank to get my money back.

It was almost $100 of product that I never got.

Never again.

Horrible service

I never leave reviews for things but Im so disappointed. I ordered $70 AUD worth of products from colour pop on the 23th of December 2017, Then on the 26th I was told that my item has been shipped. Its now the 31st of January 2018 and Im still waiting. I emailed them asking whats going on and I got no response. No refund and no items. I understand I live in Australia and it will take a little longer but over a month is ridiculous. I have no tracking wont get a response to any emails.

Careless Shipping!

This is the second time I've ordered from ColourPop. The first was over a year ago and I had no complaints at all- fast shipping and super pigmented products- especially the super-shock shadows.

This time, however, the package arrived with the three of the shadows broken and one missing! The shadows looked like they had been chucked into the box with the protective styrofoam carelessly thrown over the top, so I'm surprised that only three were broken during shipping.

That being said, the quality of the shadows is still up to par with the batch that I ordered the first time. If you're buying from ColourPop, I would recommend being careful when you order from them- I feel that their levels of care in shipping drop when it comes to busy Holiday seasons.

Worth the wait?

To begin with, I heard lots of things about colourpop and I decided to buy some items because of all the hype. I was told that the shadows were super pigmented and the liquid lipsticks were beautiful.

So on a day after Boxing Day, I ordered about $50 USD ($75 NZD) worth of makeup from Colourpop. The order was not processed until 31 December. Presumably because it was the sale period and they were experiencing a overwhelming number of orders. On January 2, I was told that my order was on its way to USPS shipping partner. And by January 5, it had been shipped to the LAX airport. I was provided with a tracking number and honestly the tracking number wasnt very accurate for me. I live in New Zealand, and hence it was an international order. My parcel then arrived to New Zealand on the 6th of January. And Ive now got it in my hands today (10 January). However, the USPS site and the NZ post site, both do not state that the package has been delivered, which I find strange. Im actually quite pleased with the fast shipping. The products in the box were in a acceptable manner. My yes please! Palette had shadow pressed all over, but none of the shadows were cracked.

The matte lipsticks were heavenly. The colors that I got were beautiful and felt almost like nothing on my lips. The only downfall is that, it was a little crumbly and dry. (Tip: just glide some lip balm over before you apply the lipsticks)

Otherwise, everything was pretty good and Im quite pleased.

AWFUL customer service

My order never arrived so I asked for help, either a refund or being sent the items again, but the costumer service was really bad and I was denied both of those things.

Very disappointed because I had received very good opinions on the company, but it turned out to be a really frustrating experience.

Also, I have tried the ultra matte lipsticks and they are an absolute no, as they are very drying, hard to apply and crumbly. The only good thing about them is the colour range.

If I could give them 0 star, I would do that right away. I love their lipstick, dont get me wrong. I tried their lipstick bought my my friend and sister and finally decided to get one for myself. I placed an order and received confirmation right away, the money was taken off from my bank account right away. But there was no email sent since then. I waited for 5 days after I placed my order to see if there was an update and the response I got was we take 3-5 business days to process the order. No apologies, nothing. Yes I understand their normal processing time is 3-5 days which is why I waited until 5th day for an update. No other information was provided in the email, nothing else. Like its the 5th day so you better give me more than its our normal processing time. If its 5th day you better have an answer about whether or not its going to be shipped today.

I would rather soend more money and buy somewhere else than come back to them! WORST first experience ever abd deifinitemy the last! So disappointed! Such rude customer service reps that do not know how to talk to people!

My shipment never arrived and the tracking info hasn't been updated in ages. I ordered the package on Black friday (Nov 24) and waited the 21 business days. On the 21st business day, I emailed them and they told me to wait! No offers of refund or anything. I needed the package before christmas and it never arrived. Do not buy from them, go for a company that actually gives good customer service like Amazon.

Horrible Customer Service! They take forever to ship the items out. I tried to cancel before it was shipped and they said no. I tried to return it after I received it and they do not accept returns for any reason. The product was also much smaller and cheaper looking then how it appears on the website. Do not buy from this company.

My close friends and family have said plenty of good things about ColourPop and I decided that I would get those people Christmas gifts from ColourPop. So I ordered from ColourPop on Nov18 and did not get a package until Dec7 only to find out that it was someone elses package sent to me. So I followed the instructions on their website and sent them an email with pictures of the items I received and the box it came with. They replied to me saying that the items I ordered were discontinued and gave me a coupon code for the amount of money I spent. Mind you, the coupon expires in 3 months and cannot be used during a sale (I bought items during a sale too). So I replied saying that I was never notified that my ordered items were discontinued and even told them that I got a shipping and order confirmation email. They replied back saying that they can only offer me the coupon and not a full refund. So I replied again saying that I believe my situation was unfair and that I am being forced to buy items that I never intended to purchase. I also said I was thinking of reporting this incident to BBB and might file a dispute of charge with my credit card company. Finally, they emailed back saying they will offer a one-time courtesy refund. Although this transaction has been quite upsetting, I am very happy to receive my refund. I just wished it was easier and they would be more considerate of the situation. I dont think I will ever be ordering from ColourPop in fear that if there comes another conflict with my order, that I would have to jump through several hoops before finding a solution.

Yep they keep telling me that my delivery will be late because of an unexpected volume of deliveries. Great Business Plan guys! Who would have thought things might get busy around Xmas. They email me thanking me for my patience and when I complain effectively tell me to suck it up. Dont care how much my daughter loves their products their service sucks. Beware!

My daughter had me make an order for her birthday, otherwise I never would have ordered from a company that has only email for customer service and such horrible reviews and makes you jump through hoops when they are in the wrong! Took 2 weeks to be delivered another customer's package. I will now only purchase reputable products from reputable companies, lesson learned for both of us.

Very upset. Product arrived damaged. They kept making me jump through hoops, which I did but then they continued to hold up more senseless hoops just to discourage me. It worked. I give up. Wont order from them ever again.

Great Company!

I love colourpop so much! Their makeup is great and they get their stuff to you pretty fast. I've ordered a lot from them and been happy with everything so far. Just a little warning though, their super shock shadows do dry out if you leave them open, and their palettes are a little smaller than you think, but everything else is fabulous.

Tbh i got a little skeptical when my order (international) took longer than stated to arrive. Assuming it wouldnt, i emailed them and they said they would ship out a replacement asap. A week later i got the product, and another week later- i got the replacement as well! Real honest and diligent service i must say.

I hardly ever leave a review for something but I have to for this site. I had placed an order and never got a confirmation email for it I wasnt sure if I made a mistake and used a different email or didnt go through with the purchase. I contacted them through email I think they need to get a phone number anyways I emailed them and one of the people that responded asked for the last four digits of the card I used I have it to him and he was saying it wasnt in their system making me think I wasnt getting my order because I looked it up on my card and it said I purchased it. I finally got an email saying it has been shipped after thinking I was getting ripped off. Then someone else emailed me asking for everything that was needed after my order was shipped. They need to work on people knowing what theyre doing in customer service.

Great quality makeup

Colourpop have alot of great stuff. Its a pity since lately ive had to pay customs and taxes since i live in europe which makes me wonder how worth it they still are. European customers beware they might take quite long to arrive (usually around a month), but other than that im a huge fan!

Good Experience

I was surprised to see so many negative reviews. I won't discount theirs but my experiences have been positive. I have made many purchases over the past few years. Some products have been a miss for me. I don't buy their matte liquid lipstick. Very drying on me. All their other producsts have been a hit. I use them regularly. Never had an issue with an order other than a lack of a confirmation email. They got the order to me within a few days. I have probably ordered from them 10+ times without a single issue. Out of the many items I purchased I use most products. Overall I really like Colorpop.
