If you have any issue with an address change, or a question for ColourPop, good luck contacting them. It took ColourPop 3 days for them to respond and they ended up sending the package to the wrong address(obviously since they never bothered to change it). ColourPop does not provide a way in which you can quickly access customer support. If they had a quick number to call, I could have avoided this mess.

Colourpop is one of the best brands I have encountered. It is incredible how affordable this brand is without having heap in quality products. I've purchased their liquid lipsticks and have always been pleased with their products.

I got my ultra satin lipstick tube in the mail and the very first time I went to use it I found a hair inside of the tube. Customer service offered nothing for this disgusting inconvenience.

They shipped the wrong order to me. With a different persons information. This is very risky as i believe my information has been sent to the wrong person, I contacted them to get my correct order or at least return the nonsense they sent me but the customer service said i should provide information. I provided them with my card information and to my surprse, they are telling me that they couldnt verify me. Your customer service team must be high on something not to see that my information matches what you have on file. They have not replied since then. They are better brands than this.At this point. I just want my money back.

As one of international customer since last year, my orders keep missing during the transit and i really don't know what actually happened. Its not only one or two orders, its more than seven orders! Even the replacement also!

Every time i emailed the customer service team, they keep saying, i need to check with local post office, i have done it thousand times before emailing them yet my orders are nowhere to be found. The tracking their gave to me its kind a useless since the orders keep "mis-scan".

Worse case scenario, i ordered some discontinued shade lippie sticks during BOGO promotion in May 2018, but i havent received my order till now (July 2018). I asked for replacement because i waited till 21 working days for shipping (as their promise!) and by the time they want to sent the replacement, they said, their are unable to provide the discontinued shades because its no longer available. Ffs!

This company is ALWAYS slow after a big launch because they get so many orders in. Customer service response and shipment can get bogged down pretty heavily. With that in mind, I have ordered from Colourpop MANY times over the last few years and love their products! I have only ever had one bad customer service experience. It took a little over a week to finally get the problem resolved but they apologized and gave me a $10 credit to make up for it. Be weary that they may not get to you quickly surrounding big launches but I would highly recommend their products because they're good quality and a good price!

A resident at my home and I ordered and paid for product and shipping with Colourpop. After placing my order I waited over a week with no communication as to why my items had not shipped. 30 minutes after I contacted them wanting to know where my items were- they sent me tracking. Cool. Three days later- I get a notice that my package had been delivered. Checked- and another resident at my house had received a package from them, but I had nothing.

Upon further inspecting, MY tracking number was on the parcel ADDRESSED TO HER. She opened it and THEY COMBINED OUR ORDERS IN THE SAME BOX. I'm sorry. WTF? Combining personal orders that were paid for separately into the same package has to be illegal. She technically had every right to keep my product as it was addressed to her. When I emailed customer service, they said they have no control over their system combining orders! WTF again? I've never heard of such a thing. They refuse to promise they won't do it again, and won't refund me anything, not even shipping. I made a claim with PayPal, but they are siding with the business and won't even look at the photos I have of all the items being in a box addressed to another person. I've never heard of such a practice- what if it had been a gift? Or my housemate decided to not tell me the orders were combined and kept my stuff? I'd be out $30 and this company couldn't give a care. Horrible customer service.

I made 3 orders during the new foundation launch on the 14th of June, the products have yet to be shipped and I simply requested a refund instead, that was 3 days ago. I was told the order could not be modified, cancelled or refunded because 'packing' has already begun and yet still nothing has been sent. So basically my money is being held hostage and they will send product when they feel like it. Shouldn't be two days later if packaging has already begun for them to send my stuff. I don't even want the items anymore, I want my money back and to be done with this company. Also their concealers are always below half full causing you to have to re-purchase another sooner than you would have to from other makeup companies who provide concealers in the same sized package. Now I may have to take this (and the matter of the concealers) to court just to get my refunds. They aren't responding to my customer service emails, PayPal, nor social media comments. This was my first time ever having this happen with this company but will certainly be the last as after I hopefully get my refund back, I'm done with them. It's ridiculous the way they are ignoring me and won't simply refund my money for products I do NOT have or were never sent to begin with. The orders say they are 'processing' yet they took the money out of my account long ago. I want my refunds.

Worst customer service ever! I purchased a set of super shock eyeshadow and found out they put wrong shades in the palette. Contacted customer care and they said they will ship replacement and gave me a tracking number. After 2days I tracked my replacement. Can you believe it? It is my original order tracking information which shows delivered! Do they think Im a fool? Or it that difficult for colorpop to do things right? Dont ever purchase from colorpop site! Waste of money and time!

They did mix up my order at first with another girl but after emailing them through the website they sent me my products I originally ordered and let me keep the ones that had been previously sent to me so I didn't have to bother to ship them back. The emails were always very cordial and while everything is made in America so it ships rather quickly and well.

I ordered 10 eyebrow pencils in 2017. All were fine. Again, in 2018 I ordered 10 more. I used 2 without a problem, but the third box I opened had a faulty pencil that would not twist up. I emailed ColourPop and sent a picture of the faulty pencil, only to be told they would not do anything because more than 2 weeks had lapsed. I contacted the BBB which prompted ColourPop to claim they will send a replacement pencil. I will see if that ever happens. How was I to know I needed to open all 10 boxes to see if the pencils would twist up the lead? THE PROBLEM IS, THEIR PENCILS TO NOT RETRACT! They should stand behind their products! The owner, president, CEO, or whomever is in charge should know about their terrible customer service!

Robbed of $105

Worst customer service ever. I was waiting for several months before ordering anything on colourpop because I was saving up for a massive purchase, including stuff for myself and gifts. I ended up paying 290.50 USD and not receiving 13 products worth $105. I immediately contacted customer service to report my missing items and they replied back telling me that they cannot refund me or send me the missing items because according to their "shipping manager" the items were checked and were shipped out correctly. Funny enough, the packaging slip I revieved inside the box didn't have the "ok" stamp saying that my order was checked before shipping it out. I'm planning on filing a customer protection complaint and raising a dispute on paypal in order to get my money back. In the end, will not purchase anything from them ever again and will warn others as well.

So I placed an order on Tuesday, May 1,2018. I emailed IMMEDIATELY after I placed the order stating that I made a simple mistake in ordering the incorrect item, and if they could simply switch the item in my order to the other item, given that they were the SAME PRICE... as ALL of their liquid lipsticks are $6.50. They emailed me back literally the SAME day they shipped out the package, 2 days later, Thursday afternoon the 4th, WHILE I WAS AT WORK! Stating that they were unable to exchange the item for anything else, and the only thing that could do was cancel the entire order. Now, as aggravating as that is, I WOULD have actually been fine with that... IF I'D HAD A CHANCE TO RESPOND! I was AT WORK ALL DAY! I am NOT able to check my email at work given the level of activity my work requires! I had a small four hour window to respond before they shipped out my package! You would think if someone is having an issue with their order that the company would give them at least 24 hours to respond with an answer. THE SAME courtesy that was shown to them when we have to wait up to 2 days for a response! But no, that was not the case. After getting off work and immediately checking my email, seeing two emails from Colourpop, one stating that they are not willing to exchange my items, also that my order as shipped!

Thanks Colourpop... I no longer trust a company who's customer care department LITERALLY won't help in any way!

P.S.
I asked if I could send back the wrongly ordered item, and the rep Cindy stated that they DO NOT take back items shipped out, due to the "low cost" of the item itself! So I'm stuck with something that I don't want!

Great... Looks like I'm disputing with my credit card company instead!

I ordered from them in November. The first one got back to them and the second is still lost since the 30th of January. Emailed them about a refund and never got a replay. Their costumer service was awful. I'd ask or tell them something and their replay would be about something entirely different. Never gave me a direct answer. After the first one was lost i clearly requested a refund and the costumer services said ok. Next email they tell me the submitted a replacement order? Why would you say you'd refund me and then do the opposite without my consent? 105$ was lost on me!

Horrible experience

Tried several times with different credit cards to buy a palette. It gets approved then rejected at the same time. My bank says that things were charged then immediately refunded. Does this mean the item is out of stock? Then just effing write that on the page so I don't waste my time trying to get it. Really pisses me off, because they can send all the free PR to this stupid "Beauty Gurus" but can't take care of their customers. If they want 5 million followers, then they should have a real customer service department. I've tried emailing, instagramming and facebooking to no luck. I'm going through chemo on my leg and would like something to cheer me up. This is a real disappointment.

I've been buying stuff online since 2004 and I've never, ever, ever encountered anything as bad or as unprofessional as Colourpop. Ordering from them in the US might be worth it but the absolute shamelessness and incompetence they've shown me in the last month has topped anything I thought was possible. Don't fall for it, shipping isn't "free" on international orders. They'll neglect to add any sort of proof of purchase to your package and it'll get stuck in customs. At this point Colourpop considers your shipment delivered and you're left to chase it down somewhere and pay outrageous fines *not only* for customs fees but also for not including the proper paperwork. And customer service could care less, they're just like, "Dont try to get around paying your customs, babe." Absolute $#*!wits. Save your cash and don't order from these frauds. And btw, I still haven't received my January order and it's April. It's lost somewhere and as you can guess, Colourpop considers the order delivered. Unbelievable. If there were ever a class action against them, please include me.

Colourpops misleading "free global shipping over $50" had me stretch my order to reap the benefits. Instead, i was charged with an extra £15.43. Which means that if i went under the $50 and paid for shipping i would still pay for the extra UK customs fee. This is nothing but modern day robbery.
I used to sing their praises as i used to order from them whilst i lived in the US and had no problems... their products were affordable with reasonable quality. After going back and forth with their poor excuse of customer service, i decided that it was best not to incur a bigger loss as the items would be sent back to them and they would resell them for a bigger profit. So i put my pride aside and paid for items that will go in the bin just so they don't gain any more profit from their unethical ways of doing business.
Karma doesn't care how "big" co-operations are nor how profitable they may be and i cannot wait for Colourpop to learn this for themselves.
