I have been ordering from Colourpop for quite a while now and I must say, they are one of the BEST companies out there. Not o my are they super affordable, but the quality of their products is AMAZING! I will never stop ordering from them! I've never been disappointed and I hope that I never will be!

Colourpop is honestly my favorite makeup line. I haven't tried something that I hated. The shadows are amazingly pigmented, the highlighters are so pretty, the liquid lipsticks - there's so many to choose from, at least one formula has to work for everyone. Their customer service isn't always the best, but the products are amazing, especially for the price.

I have been using Colourpop for two years. I'm a professional MUA and I swear by CP! Great products and fantastic customer service.

Who wants to go to office when your skin is facing severe break out and your asian wheatish skin tone is already red and orange at the same time.
The only colourpop colour which gives me and my face a life is Ultra Satin in London Fog. Girls try it and you will instantly see the glow on your face:)

I tried colourpop as a friend recommended it. Being international I was skeptic. I have now spent $100's replacing all my eye-shadow with super shock shadows. Its amazing and absolutely the best thing I've ever used.

I ordered the topaz duo and sadly it came shattered. I emailed them and got an email just a few hours later that said they would be sending me a new one and how very sorry they were. They have the best CS out of any makeup company. I've had terrible experiences with high end makeup companies. Colourpop is honestly amazing.

Since the 1st time that i bought from colourpop i have never been dissapointed and also have great customer service... i love the products and they are easy to work with... i highly recommend colourpop

I've been ordering since 2014 (a bit after their launch) and have never had an issue. I agree the CS needs a bit of work, but if you keep writing you can always get through to someone else who is willing to help. Seriously, stop being so whiny and just move on. It's just makeup!

I absolutely love Colourpop! I have well over $800 of their products and nothing disappoints me at all. I am so thankful to have found a company that not only has great products, but the prices are amazing as well.

I absolutely love Colourpop! They always have promos and are always releasing new products. I've ordered at least a dozen times from the website and have never ever had a problem. My order always comes in full, the shipping is pretty quick (depending on if there is a huge launch or not), and my products have never arrived damaged. You cannot beat the prices. Love all of my lipsticks, the primer, eyeshadow, eye liner, and cheek color/highlighter. I always receive and order confirmation and my order usually about a week later!

I've spent thousands of dollars worth of colourpop and although some items have arrived broken, i've gotten them all replaced promptly thanks to their great customer service. Their products are really affordable and are on par, if not better, than high end makeup.

I have ordered multiple times at colourpop. I just had 1 order that didn't arrive but they refunded it fully. I use Paypal to order before but now, they won't accept my order. Every successful orders, there's an automatic cancellation. Worst customer service. There's nothing wrong with my visa card or mastercard. They had flagged my visa card for fraud but I didn't do anything illegal and now they won't accept my mastercard.
