Dog$#*!, take the ACT
October 31, 2022

Straight idiots. Every time you call them, you're on hold for 30 minutes just to talk to an illiterate person who doesn't speak any English. We have no idea how they curve the tests. You can miss 10 questions and get a 730 on the math section on one test, or if you're like me you miss 6 questions and get a 700. Tell me how that makes any sense. I want to know how the curving works for this specific test, and these idiots don't realize I've called them three times now, and three times they have given me a separate case number saying somebody will fix it. Take your money somewhere else

The college board FAILED
October 15, 2022

My son's SAT was rescheduled from October 1 to October 15 due to hurricane Ian. He showed up for the test along with other students and employees from the testing center but the college board failed to send a proctor so they could not administer the test. As a senior, this was my son's last chance to take the SAT. He wasted time and money on tutors preparing for this test that he could have used to complete college applications. When I called customer service, I got a recording to call back during business hours. However, every time I speak with someone in customer service, they barely speak English and don't know what's going on anyway, beyond the website.

I am a freshman in high school, and we have to set up our account to take an AP test. But, this website is SO BAD, they don´t even let me log in again. I do not remember my username for the account, and so I had to type in my email that i used to get my new username. But, it said that the email I wrote is not recognized. I tried multiple more times with the CORRECT email, until I decided to redo my account. But when I put in my email to redo it, IT SAID I COULDN'T USE MY EMAIL CAUSE IT HAS AN ACCOUNT CONNECTED. That makes no sense. When I typed in the CORRECT email for the last time, it said I couldn't log in because of too many attempts. Now I am going to get a zero in social studies thanks to the GARBAGE website. I'm not going to even try to contact customer service because of all these reviews. Thanks for nothing.

When are colleges and universities going to quit requiring this garbage for applicants? Students only take these exams to satisfy the universities. Customer service, both to the test administrators and end users, is terrible. If I could give them a negative score, I would. Where are the genius minds who can find a way to revolutionize the testing world? Please!

The title says it all. Why is it that nothing ever seems to load on their website? 1 star. The students of America deserve infinitely better.

Bad system
September 15, 2022

If they're going to have a delay in receiving my scores, they should at least send out an email letting people know… Because of the stupid delay I have to stress about colleges receiving my score on time or pay $31 for rush delivery. And why is it literally so expensive to send scores out. $12 for every college I put on the list? Are you kidding me?

Never Ever Works
September 14, 2022

For a website and an organization that has so much sway over my future, they certainly don't seem to give a $#*!. I have never once been able to log in the first try and the night/ weeks before any College Board test are filled with anxious minutes, or HOURS of trying to get the website to work long enough to get the information I need. The College Board does not do its main job well. It is not a good resource for students or teachers, so maybe it just shouldn't exist.

Worst Site EVER
September 13, 2022

Absolutely no help, can't log in, have to go through a round robin of phone buttons to get to a live person, then they won't help, because I can't give them the security phrase on an account I setup, that had no security phrase question when i set it up, and I use Robo Form to manage all my passwords and security phrases, won't verify the account using any other form, DOB, SSN, Zip, nothing, and refused to transfer to a supervisor when requested. Worst Site EVER!

Lost my AP Score
August 30, 2022

I have never in my life felt so compelled to write a negative review about something as passionately as I do with CollegeBoard/ MyAP as a whole. I registered an account on Sitejabber for the sole purpose of screaming about how much CollegeBoard makes my blood boil. I can excuse long hold times over the phone, but what I cannot excuse are agents hanging up as I try to follow their instructions. I cannot excuse the fact that I contacted Customer Support 6 times, and NONE OF THOSE AGENTS told me the real reason I was unable to see my score until my AP instructor contacted them (spoiler alert: their system had a massive update and screwed over a ton of accounts). I tried to be hopeful. I waited until the deadline day of August 15th to see my score. I didn't get it. I got it TODAY. August 30th. And I'm sure I wouldn't have gotten it AT ALL had I not pestered CollegeBoard enough so that they'd actually do something about it. Also, funnily enough, the STUDENT customer support has a much, much longer wait time and much worse phone call quality compared to the INSTRUCTOR'S customer support. What's up with that? And you know what's the best part? Had to pay their fee. The fee to send "late" scores. That's right folks, if COLLEGEBOARD screws up and looses your score, and you get it AFTER their deadline date of August 15th, YOU have to pay the $25 rush delivery fee. Save yourself the headache, please, and don't use this website. If your school, college or whatever does use CollegeBoard, best of luck. You're gonna need it.

What an unbelievably HORRIBLE company! They are so completely inept. They never sent scores to my daughter's college until paying for them 3 times. Then the same thing happened to my son's scores. Now, I have twins in high school. One twin got his AP score back in July (on the first day). The other twin has STILL not received his score (late August). When I called College Board, after waiting on hold for 24 minutes, they hung up on me. All representatives barely speak English and have no idea of what is going on. I have sent several emails and NO RESPONSE!

Terrible website
August 15, 2022

A basically essential service that you have to complete, you would have thought that it would have been a decently good site. The navigation is hard, nothing ever loads, will take your money but won't give you your purchase

Terrible design

College board may be one of the most user hostile websites ever made, it is poorly and confusingly laid out, and it is full of random offers to sign up for things, its a constant pain in the $#*! to use.

After my kid showing up to an empty testing site and immediately making an inquiry/complaint, she was told after several weeks she would not get a refund to for cancelling due to the deadline being past. Calling customer service today they refused to allow an appeal, refused to let me talk with a supervisor, refused to transfer me to a department that could help, refused to issue a refund, and refused to give me information on any regulating agency.

This is clearly fraud. We paid for a service that was never provided and now they refuse to refund or credit to the next test date.

Worst website ever
June 22, 2022

I hate this website with a burning passion. Every time I try to send my sat scores it refuses to load. So thanks to college board I haven't been able to schedule any of my classes because they need my sat scores. On top of that trying to access literally anything on the website is like trying to fight your way through a maze. College board sucks and I really really wish they would just get rid of it and create a new website that actually works instead of this trash.

The FitnessGram Pacer Test is a multistage aerobic capacity test that progressively gets more difficult as it continues. The 20 meter pacer test will begin in 30 seconds. Line up at the start. The running speed starts slowly, but gets faster each minute after you hear this signal. [beep] A single lap should be completed each time you hear this sound. [ding] Remember to run in a straight line, and run as long as possible. The second time you fail to complete a lap before the sound, your test is over. The test will begin on the word start. On your mark, get ready, start.
