My daughter got her PSAT scores and clearly it shows a score and today the scores are different!

My name is Sister Mary Gabriel Walker (Barbara). I have administered the SAT test for many years in Baltimore, Md. (I administered the test to an extended time student.) I never had a problem with receiving my check until December 2018 when my name was misspelled on the the check I received. The test coordinator tried many times to have the error corrected -- to no avail. I have tried many times. Even though I had not received a corrected check, I continued to administer the test. After many emails I finally got a response "no record" of my administer-ing that test. A stop payment was issued by Collegeboard.
