Usually it is very good but this order had solar butterflies that didn't work worth anything. The light wouldn't come on in a dark room with batteries or solar. It is too much trouble to send back because I'm handicapped. And when the flowers came late (which was fine) the Fed Ex girl left them outside in the sun where I couldn't get to them. The sun wasn't going to hurt that box but she didn't know that and they are instructed to put boxes inside my porch like UPS and PO always do. So that was an ordeal. Usually I have very good luck with Collections.

One of the furniture covers was ripprd with a box cutter, when i opened it thr plastic bag had a straight long cut as if opened and the cover was slashed in several parts of the cover.
Faster and easier than it used to be.
