The order process was fantastic. Received merchandise very quickly. I did have to return some of the tunics I ordered because although I followed the size charts, several tunics were way too large at 2X. Then again, the rest of them fit like a glove and fell on my body so beautifully. I have had several really nice complements, even from my husband. I had also ordered 1 patio chair cover to try out, and my husband again was satisfied with them and had me order more for the other chairs. All in all I would say my overall experience with Collections was very satisfying.

This was my first time shopping with Collectionsetc.com. No problems at all with on-line purchase, and items arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. The "old Rugged Cross" was larger than I expected, detailed and the Sunflower Shelf Sitters are adorable. I plan to get the grape sitters and Fall characters next. Usually when people see these unusual little accent pieces that I collect, they'll ask "where did you get this", that's my que.
